It has a user-friendly platform. Very intuitive and has clear instructions.

Deel Payroll simplifies the payment process and allows me to transfer funds to different platforms smoothly and without complications.

What do you like best about the product?
The transfers are really fast and the withdrawal options are awesome!, specially when you have national and international accounts.
My favorite feature is the withdrawal customized distribution; where I can choose how much money goes into each account!.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Deel it's the convenience of receiving money in other currencies. In addition, it's easy to connect to your bank account and get payment statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time for the next payment invoice to appear on my timeline or first page when I access it through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making international payments easier on my account without requiring a lot of juggling.

The simplicity and the ability to not worry about invoices and make a fast withdrawals

Generally, nothing really to dislike, maybe a little weird structure of interfaces sometimes

I mean, it basically automatises all my experience with the payroll, I do not have to worry about them

Super fast transfers, clean and modern UX, and overall it saves me a lot of time. Invoice hands-off management is a star feature for me.

Invoices automatically generated and sent, and then funds are automatically transferred to my bank account.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout aspects of Deel is the helpful support team, who are always ready to assist whenever you have questions or encounter any issues with the platform. In addition, the platform is highly reliable and efficient when it comes to managing payments and ensuring timely receipt of your pay. It also provides useful options to help you better manage the funds you keep on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I don't completely appreciate is the fee that's applied when you want to instantly withdraw your money. Still, paying a fee is rarely anyone's preference, so I wouldn't really call it a drawback—it's simply something to expect when you opt for a faster option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has made it possible for my payments to arrive on time every time. It also makes getting paid from a different country much easier, instead of relying on methods that are more time-consuming and complicated.

It's a very intuitive platform to keep track of your financial information and payroll.

At the moment, I have not experienced any discontent with the platform for my personal use as a freelancer.

I receive my payroll from different countries, and it makes it very easy to receive my monthly payment on my personal Colombian account without having any issue month bby month.

I also appreciate the centralized payroll management, since everything is tracked in one place. Payments are fast and clear, and I get good visibility into payment status and detailed breakdowns.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I dislike about **Deel Payroll** are that it can get costly, especially as you scale into more countries or add additional services. I’ve also found that edge cases can take time to resolve, such as local tax exceptions, contract changes, or off-cycle payments. Support speed can vary as well, depending on how urgent or complex the issue is. Finally, there’s limited customization for very specific payroll workflows compared with local payroll providers.

Deel Payroll helps simplify the complexity of running payroll for a global team by managing local compliance, tax rules, and country-specific payroll requirements within a single platform.
It lowers the risk of miscalculations, late payments, and compliance problems, while also centralizing key payroll tasks such as payslips, payment tracking, and employee records.
For me, the biggest advantage is the time saved and the reduction in payroll errors, while still making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time—even when working across different countries and currencies.
