The quality of the transcript, and all the feature on the platform.

The automatic update of Calendar post-meeting, that's need to be checked before sending it.

It is necessary to create the dark mode instead of only having the light mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes during appointments is simple and effective. Searching through the customer relationship history is easy, allowing important information to be quickly retrieved. I also appreciate the detection of upsell/cross-sell opportunities, which is useful for better guiding interactions. Preparing for appointments is made easier, and email generation saves time on a daily basis.
Effortless Transcriptions, Excellent Email Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo as a notetaker, transcript and feedback tool, follow-up email generator, summary tool, and as a way to get up to speed before a follow-up call. I really appreciate that it takes away the need to take any notes or memorize longer conversations. I find the follow-up emails great and really enjoy how Modjo summarizes key points without missing any important details. I also like that it can follow frameworks like MEDDPICC. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly into our Mail, VoIP tool, and CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails it generates sound a bit too much like AI. They are very long, always use certain emojis, and the structure just gives an AI vibe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Modjo to take notes, generate follow-up emails, and summarize conversations, eliminating the need to memorize long discussions. It helps me stay updated and follows frameworks like MEDDPICC while capturing key points without missing details.
Effortless Integration, Impressive AI Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo every day to record all my deals, whether it's on Gmeet video calls, calls via Aircall or Hubspot, and emails via Gmail. I like to challenge the AI assistant to generate response and reformulation emails. I like being able to ask questions about entire deals and have access to all the channels used. I have integrated Modjo with Hubspot to request anything I want about ongoing deals without leaving Hubspot. I also appreciate the rating system for video calls or calls to guide my sales team, and the library of demos or case studies to help them. Everything is well centralized, which makes it easy to find information, and the AI allows us to quickly get answers to our requests. The ease of use of Modjo is remarkable, and the onboarding as well as the connection to my tools were incredibly easy. The AI is very efficient and I love using it. I also appreciate the relationship with the account managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a limit.

I really appreciate the AI summaries and the option to search for only my own calls, which saves me so much time when dealing with high call volumes. The initial setup of Modjo was effortless, as simple as accepting an invitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
A feature was taken away that allowed flipping through previous interactions a customer had. This option was very useful for researching complaints, and now I'm not sure how to do this.

I really like the AI agent for summarizing conversations, creating emails, and conveying information internally to my implementation colleagues. It allows me to have many details that I normally can't see due to lack of time. The integration with Salesforce works very well. Modjo is my day-to-day partner.

At the moment, I don't have the pains and what I don't like very well identified. At the level I use it, it's top.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo every day and what I like the most is how simple and intuitive the tool is. Everything happens naturally, without any hassle. I also appreciate the fact that Modjo integrates perfectly with HubSpot or Google Meet: it really streamlines my daily routine and saves me from juggling multiple tools. Sharing recordings is super convenient for collaborating with my colleagues, and the recorded calls help me enormously with my follow-ups: I save a lot of time on my emails and reporting. Modjo has clearly made me more efficient, to the point that I regularly recommend it to those around me. For me, it has become a must-have.

The snippets and formatting of the writing on AI seem to require improvements.

AI call scoring still needs to be perfected, as AI does not always grasp the subtleties of the French language. It sometimes has difficulty correctly interpreting certain elements.

Centralizing and automatically analyzing interactions is a real time-saver, and integration with the CRM makes tracking easier.

The least practical point remains that some advanced analysis features require an adaptation period to be fully utilized. Integrations with certain third-party tools could still be optimized. Furthermore, the volume of data generated can sometimes seem overwhelming if a clear organization is not implemented. Finally, the cost can be a barrier for small structures.

Before, it was difficult to keep an accurate record of calls, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices within the team.
