What do you like best about the product?
The clean management of the system, hence the lokalize AI is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I think team manamgement needs to be improved. For example there should always be a "highest" level seat.

A Choice That Won't Disappoint

What do you like best about the product?
When I was tasked with the internationalization of our project, I compared various software internationalization SaaS services available in the market and ultimately chose Lokalise.

Currently, we are a team of 50 people, including Product Designers and Developers, all of whom are using Lokalise. From design to automatic integration into our projects, the entire experience has been exceptional. Lokalise has significantly improved our efficiency in internationalization, allowing us to reach a global audience more effectively.

This decision has not disappointed me in the slightest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lokalise AI integrates AI translation, which is somewhat more accurate than the built-in Google Translate. However, there is a downside – it's expensive. After weighing the efficiency of our team, we decided to purchase some anyway. Hopefully, the price will come down in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise solves the management from string creation to integration, and with the addition of automated translation features, efficiency is greatly boosted.

What do you like best about the product?
They work closely with their clients to find solutions that work for them and are always at hand to help, whether through consultancy, their handy 24/7 online chat-support, or just by their well-documented developer portal. Integration is simple, whether manually done via the GUI, or automated via their CLI/REST API. There are also a whole raft of additional integrations, such as the Figma plugin, that allow you to shift left the localisation process and create faster feedback loops, whilst maintaining consistency between the designs and your production app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been quite a lot of re-organisation going on, which means we've had to work with a rotating cast of Lokalise CSMs and Account Managers. We would also like more visibility of our long-standing feature requests and for these to be addressed at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise provides a fully-fledged Translation Management Systems that solves the problem of businesses manually submitting translations requests in Spreadsheets, and often via email.

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is a powerful and intuitive localization platform that makes managing multilingual content straightforward and efficient. One of the standout features is its user-friendly interface, which simplifies collaboration between developers, translators, and project managers. The integration options are extensive, supporting many tools and platforms such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Figma, and various CMSs, which streamline the localization workflow. The automated translation suggestions, glossary management, and the ability to handle multiple file formats are also incredibly helpful. Additionally, the real-time collaboration feature allows teams to work together seamlessly, reducing turnaround time for translation projects. Plus very eazy to use. Customer support is very convinient. I use it multiple time per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lokalise is a comprehensive platform, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users due to its numerous features and settings. The pricing structure, although justified by the functionality offered, can be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. Also, some integrations require a bit of a learning curve to set up and fully utilize. Occasionally, the platform can feel slightly slow when dealing with very large projects or numerous strings, but this is not a dealbreaker considering the overall benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By bridging the gap between consumer and provider.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Lokalise for its high usability and self-explanatory interface. The many integrations and automations are also helpful, allowing for easy communication and data transfer between systems and tools like Figma and GitHub. This makes for smooth cross-functional work. I appreciate the organized and structured handling of text assets, particularly UI strings, and the fast turnaround time for translations. The enriched context through Figma integration with screenshots contributes to higher quality results. Additionally, I value the computer-assisted translation, including machine translation with DeepL, and the use of translation memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the glossary handling in Lokalise a bit lacking. The glossary and terminology management options are very limited in functionality. There's no way to check if the right terminology was used in a specific key. I think having a term check that scans the source text for terms from the glossary and ensures the corresponding translation has been used in the target text would be really helpful.

Lokalise provides organized handling of digital text assets, fast turnaround for translations, enriched context with Figma integration, and machine translation with DeepL.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lokalise on several projects and am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The tool is user-friendly for product managers or designers, who can easily update copies in the app without needing to involve developers. Just edit copies under a relevant key and with the next build, the app will automatically pull the most up-to-date content.

My dev colleagues who handle integration with web and mobile apps never had issues with setting this up irrespective of tech stack.


Recently, we explored the Figma plugin, thanks to the Growth Customer Success Manager, Liene. This new feature appears to be a powerful addition, potentially saving us significant manual effort by ensuring consistency between the text in our app designs and Lokalise.

Additionally, purchasing translations is straightforward, with transparent and easy-to-understand pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Figma plugin could be offered as an add-on for an additional fee, rather than requiring an upgrade to the Pro plan. We don’t need most of the Pro plan’s features, and the price difference between the Pro and Essential plans is significant. As I’m not a power user, this is my only concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise simplifies the setup and maintenance of multi-language mobile and web apps, allowing for the separation of app content from the code. This means that text changes can be made without needing developer involvement.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great tool for taking our website to the next level as we try to capture new markets and languages. Especially useful is that this is a shared experience between our team; everybody can see what is happening & be on the same page regarding the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a lot of features & initially, it might take some time to capture the product's full value.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the customer service, because they always respond very quickly and are very friendly. And they usually find a way to solve the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss more robust integrations with Prismic and HubSpot, and something to improve is the management and capabilities of the translation memory, which is very basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lokalise to manage all our workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lokalise for several years, and it's one of the best localization tools out there. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for teams to collaborate on translations seamlessly. Their support for multiple file formats and integrations with other tools like GitHub and Slack has been a huge time-saver. The continuous updates and new features show they truly listen to their users. If you're serious about efficient and accurate localization, Lokalise is the way to go.

We’ve been using the AI translation feature for the past few months, and it’s been a game-changer in terms of efficiency. It’s significantly reduced our translation costs and sped up the process, saving us both time and money.

The support team at Lokalise is great. They are always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Our Customer Success Manager also checks in regularly, making sure we're up to speed with the platform and aware of any new features. This level of attention really adds to the overall experience.

Overall, we’re highly pleased with Lokalise and how it’s streamlined our workflow.

I’ve enjoyed using Lokalise over the years—it's a great tool for managing localization projects. The only downside is that I wish the seat pricing were a bit more affordable, especially for smaller teams. It’s a great platform, but the cost can add up.
