What do you like best about the product?
Vanta gives us a step by step to get audit ready for SOC2.

Really nothing to dislike so far in our journey.

What do you like best about the product?
The are a few things I like about Vanta.
1. The Vanta templates for various documents are really helpful especially for an early-stage startup when things on the compliance side are just getting started.
2. The automatic reminders of a document or test that's going to expire in some time.
3. The wide variety of integrations available with various third-party tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
The vendor management section has little scope for improvement. More specific attributes like contract expiry, SOW, MSA, etc could be added. Though it's not a stopper, but having a more sophisticated feature for vendor management could eliminate having another tool for that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is solving compliance automation for companies that want to establish a sense of trust that they are compliant with various industry standards. It is helping us in pacing up our process to achieve those standards and hence driving us to establish a trust with our customers.
Overall experience on UI is straightforward to easily automate security compliance requirements.
What do you like best about the product?
- UI is obvious and straightforward
- Ability to manually intervene to retest checks for quicker feedback (though sometimes i dont seem to see the button)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Unable for each test to determine a template response, having to overwrite responses manually for each JIRA ticket created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that Vanta is helping to track and maintain compliance requirements, which frees our time up to only tackle issues when the new cycle for compliance comes up.
Easy to use product with a ton of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super helpful and clean, and the workflows all make a ton of sense. SOC2 compliance isn't an easy task but you're never lost when you're using Vanta. It's a nice feeling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the only problem I've run into is that the automated help desk sends articles that aren't actually helpful, so you have to wait a day or two for proper service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is solving the problem of getting your organization in good enough shape to make sure you can get get accreditation/accepted for compliance. It's a great collaborative tool.
A richer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The constant new features that allow my organization to increase our security and compliance footprint. The availability of the most recent privacy regulations that can be integrated is very encouraging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard scoring could use improvements. Mising one control can lead to a drop of 30% or more in the overall scoring which is not truly representative of controls status. The increasing functionality is very beneficial though.

SOC 2 and HIPPA compliance. This is creat for compliance and customer confidence.

Vanta helps collect information from all employees and checks if all checks required for SOC2 compliance are passed.

Vanta agent is very lightweight, so there is no memory and CPU overhead.

Simplify certification process and monitoring the health of the company

I'm as far from an expert as one can be when it comes to SOC2 and Vanta makes me look like one!
What do you like best about the product?
Simply put: it's simple. I set up all our integrations, Vanta does the heavy lifting and points me where to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfaces can be slightly confusing - it took me a while to understand that Documents were different from policies and that the Risk management section needed to be filled out (I thought it was informational). The policy templates have some typos and formatting errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company, we do not have a team to track compliance. We must move quickly, and Vanta allows us to do that without a compliance team. The ROI calculation is simple, and Vanta wins hands down.
