Vanta guided us when we couldn't see the way
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and straigh forward items needed to obtain compliance.

Integrations are growing, but some of ours were missing.

Helps clarify the way to get compliance readiness complete.
Vanta is an easy to use, comprehensive security compliance tool that us time and money
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect, monitor and maintain our deployment tools such as Github, AWS and Jamf keeps us up to date and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that they are always developing and adding on to their product. This is also a positive as they seem to be agile enough to quickly respond to feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved us time and money and provided us with policy guidance and ongoing procedure maintenance. Vanta offers policy and procedure templates that can be easily leveraged to develop the just the right policy that my company needs.

Structured process/roadmap and system to obtain SOC 11 certification

Have not encountered any issues-we are using outside consultants to facilitate the process

What do you like best about the product?
I am a financial controller in a startup, and Vanta helped me lead the SOC2 preparation smoothly, even without a security or engineering background. Efficient implementation and support teams. Clear UI. Priceless connection with auditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I needed were still under development, and it took some effort to find temporary workarounds (I have to admit that the Vanta support team also helped with the short-term solutions for these gaps).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It became an effective way to cover SOC2 compliance monitoring for the company. Saved time to get ready for the SOC2 Type 2 audit. Connected us with the auditors.
Easy to use and good support
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has an easy UI. Also, it is intuitive not only for a super technical person, like a developer, but also for an operations person who can easily do the job
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to leave comments on each of the tests. Sometimes I am doing work for some of them and I have to take some notes, and I have to do it on my personal notebook

Vanta helps a company organize itself to be SOC2 compliant. It definitely is a help on the structure and QMS process of a company
Complex made Simple and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Coordinates and simplifies compliance processes into an easy-to-use web portal. Ensures all requirements are assigned and met and tracked. Easy to setup and configure with integration into various 3rd party packages and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where false positives of missing configurations will pop-up as a needing resolution when the configuration is compliant. However, Vanta support quickly responds and works on new test criteria to meet the evolving configuration options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving countless hours in bringing compliance to end-users and our organization while providing a simple, clean interface to get reports proving our diligence.
SOC2 Compliant - Months Ahead of Schedule
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Vanta is the amount of time it saved us in getting set up for the audit because it led us through the process in a very organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downsides in using Vanta. It has been extremely valuable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security monitoring and frequent alerts give us a 'rest easy' feeling that we are doing the right thing for our clients and all respective data.
The Vanta team was incredibly responsive and got us to SOC 2 compliance in record time.

Platform is great, people are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it was hard to book meetings with the support team. They should make it more obvious how to.

Vanta supports compliance frameworks. With Vanta, we achieved SOC 2 and now HIPAA in record time.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only was it easy to get connect all of our systems to automate most of the tasks, it was quite easy to move our company into a SOC 2 audit quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Vanta agent is buggy, they also don't integrate with our Mac MDM Addigy. But overall even with that I'd give it a 10 our of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part I like about Vanta is the dashboard indicating where work needs to be done.

There are no downsides to using Vanta. This tool will help you get up to compliance.
