Good set of documentation and tests for SOC 2 compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
- Clear list of documentation and tests required in a single dashboard - you can apply filters by standards, breakdown into engineering, business, etc.
- Customer support is also very good. There is a clear sense of direction.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Frequent change of customer support agents - we had that changed 2-3 times over a period of 6 months because of attrition.
- A couple of times coordination with the auditors was an issue

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helping us reach global compliance standards such as ISO, SOC2, etc in the fastest and most efficient manner possible. After completing all tests on Vanta, we don't need to worry with the auditor.
Amazing product and team. Very helpful staff and intuitive platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Vanta is the ability to integrate tools we already use. Plus, the policy editor makes things so much faster than writing them all manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Vanta is that one of the software products we use is not available in the platform to integrate with. That might make things slightly harder for us.

Vanta does not make any changes to already existing programs in the computer. I noticed no difference in the way my computer ran after Vanta.

It was a bit tricky for me to download on my microsoft edge platform. Had to get additional support.

Vanta is helping us keep our data secure and private. This has given me peace of mind when sharing resources.
Makes a daunting administrative task as simple as possible
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, UI and platform. Most of the platform is really straightforward, especially the employee onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a little unclear, and there could be more handholding in the GDPR process to save from having to go back and forth with questions. It would be helpful to understand what's needed vs. just nice to have.

The high securities protection solution deployed in the back counter, almost no disruption was observed from user perspective.

Too many policies to be accepted , they had better optimized into one or two.

What do you like best about the product?
A large number of integrations and automation made our compliance certifications very user-friendly to implement. The rollout of the new UX is excellent compared to the old one.
Vanta integrates with most of our tools; we found the frequency of reminders is low enough not to generate unnecessary noise.
The dashboard is clear; the policy templates are convenient for gaining time on the process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboard alerts are a bit too overwhelming to differentiate between failed alerts, documents requiring updates etc. Also, during the control period, we had to upload policies on the auditor's website, which made a bit too much duplication between policies in Vanta & those registered to the auditor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta allowed us to get our SOC-2 / GPDR certification with plenty of automated controls. We did not need to spend too much time writing our policies and made configuration on tools a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Have found Vanta to really simplify getting on top of what's needed to complete various security certifications and importantly to stay on top of those things. Pretty clear UI and makes it easy to share work across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a few clicks through to find what actually needs to be done to remedy something and navigation can get a bit messy. Still way easier than spreadsheets, etc, but could be improved.

Vanta has equipped me with the proper knowledge and tools to feel secure while working online. Working as a remote contractor, I face many challenges and risks from various online sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need to reduce the many documents that one has to read to grasp what is being taught in the shortest time possible.

Vanta is solving the problem of cyber insecurity, and it is helping me reduce the likeliness of hackers and viruses attacking my workspace and gaining access to my personal information.
