What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta is very easy to use and straightforward. The dashboard is clear, allowing me to see everything at a glance, which helps us make sure we're secure at all times. It provides an overview of our controls and policies, so we can quickly determine if we're on track or if something needs urgent attention. The switch from Drata to Vanta was positive because Vanta is super easy and offers everything in one place for a snapshot view.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple of small bugs. Just making sure filtering on some of the tabs stays when you go in and out of some kind of record, like a person or the controls, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solves the problem of scattered security documents, ensuring security across systems, and checking new vendors. It's easy to use, with a clear dashboard, providing an overview of controls and policies to ensure we're always secure and on track.

I like Vanta for its compliance consolidation and auto-evidence collection. These features help reduce the work I have to put in and make audits so much easier.

I like how clear and straightforward everything is with Vanta, making it very easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, and I have found it effective in ensuring that everything is safe with controls. I appreciate the straightforward nature of Vanta, as there isn't much that doesn't work well for me.

I love that Vanta helps me keep on top of SLAs. I appreciate that it reminds me and won't go away until I complete a task, which helps me stay in compliance. I also find the initial setup very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I found going through our SOC 2 and ISO reviews with Vanta refreshingly straightforward. The platform kept everything organized, automated the evidence collection, and clearly highlighted what was completed versus what still needed attention. It removed a lot of manual work for me, like chasing screenshots and dealing with spreadsheets, since most of the evidence was there or clearly flagged. The auditor experience was smooth, with fewer back and forth questions and far less stress overall. Vanta helped us not just pass an audit, but made compliance feel manageable and repeatable. I also really like the service center for our customers and the automation of questionnaires. It's all very easy to use, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you update evidence in one area, I would like it updated in all controls under all frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Vanta makes presenting evidence to auditors a breeze and how it provides reminders for time-sensitive SLA deadlines, which could be overlooked if managed manually. I like the organization of all the evidence for each framework, which makes audits much easier. I find its automation impressive, as it connects with many of the vendors we do business with. I also enjoy that it integrates with Microsoft InTune and several of our larger vendors, providing near real-time status. The initial setup was very easy, with Vanta's help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can get a little confusing sometimes, hard to remember where everything is located. Maybe it's just personal preference, but a particular dataset would be filed under a different section than I would have placed it under.

I use Vanta to compile and store evidence for SOC2 and PCI DSS audits. It makes presenting evidence easy and helps meet SLA deadlines with reminders. Its organization simplifies audits, and it integrates with vendors for near real-time status.
Everything You Need for Easy Employee Onboarding and Offboarding in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need to do to onboard or offboard an employee is in one easy place -- it tells me what tools have been auto-provisioned or de-provisioned, and which I need to take care of manually. It's easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a lot of system emails/reminders even though I don't use Vanta that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a tech company, we have LOTS of tools and apps that our employees use, and it's hard to keep track of them all without Vanta.
Vanta Keeps Alerts, Vulnerabilities, and Compliance Tests Centralized
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Vanta is that I have all the alerts, vulnerabilities, and tests for all my certifications and processes centralized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that some vulnerability fixes take a while to update on the site.

It helps us to be proactive with the evidence we need for each of our certifications.
Effortless Compliance, Clear UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI and the concise reports in Vanta because tasks and reports are clear. The regular emails of topics that need to be addressed are very useful. The initial setup of Vanta was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having a dark mode for the site would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps identify security issues and the need for updating packages. Its UI and concise reports make tasks and reports clear, with regular emails on topics that need addressing being very useful.
Brings Focus and Transparency to SOC 2 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I use Vanta for our first SOC 2 and it really helps with the problem of multiple priorities by bringing focus, visibility, and transparency across the compliance effort. I like the easy to understand guidance for each SOC 2 control. I also appreciate our CSM. They are knowledgeable in the compliance space as well as the Vanta platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The morning "Vanta summary" email sometimes flags items that are not relevant to our SOC 2 effort. In the Engineering Summary section, my email says "16 tests need attention on Tests". When I click on the hyper-link, I am brought to a Vanta menu showing these failing 16 tests. However, most of those tests are not part of the SOC 2 framework. Once I filter on SOC 2, only a couple of those failing tests are relevant to our compliance framework.

Vanta helps solve the problem of multiple priorities by providing focus, visibility, and transparency in our compliance effort.
