What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has an effective management of sensitive business data and also very complex regulations and the risk management capability on Vanta is perfect as well as its AI-powerd policy generation and validation of documents this system is excellent.
With this platform is very simple to ensure strong ana even continuous compliance and it still provides great workflow automatiin and for security training and monitoring real time risk across various internal systems Vanta is effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta has totally nothis to dislike. The platform is very easy from the first training and the deployment process is still very simple but as a new user it can be a little complicated and their support team is very helpful and available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring evidence, vulnerability management, cost management, Automating workflow and very reliable audit sreamlining and also evaluating evidence to easy sensitive information management solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Vanta functions continuously, almost like a background process, which minimizes guesswork once processes are in place. It transforms the efficiency and credibility of our security and compliance efforts, making them faster, stronger, and easier to defend. I also like how Vanta integrates with our tools like Google Workspace, AWS, GitHub, and others to automate evidence collection and monitor compliance continuously, providing a centralized, real-time view of our security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta is strong overall, but it's not without friction, especially once you're actually living in it day to day. The gaps tend to show up in nuance and edge cases rather than core functionality. Vanta could be significantly stronger by becoming more context-aware, understanding not just whether something is compliant, but why, how, and under what conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for automated compliance of SOC 2. It provides reminders for evidence with context and reasoning, enhancing efficiency and credibility in compliance work. Vanta eliminates tedious manual uploads, allowing continuous monitoring and a centralized real-time security view.
Smooth, Automated Compliance with Helpful Support—Documentation Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a smooth experience using Vanta. It simplified our compliance process, reduced manual effort, and gave clear visibility into security tasks. The automation and support team have been consistently helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything the support team is really good but sometimes there is not enough documentation ( like for connecting self hosted gitlab i faced some issue)

What do you like best about the product?
I use Vanta as my main governance risk and compliance (GRC) tool. Vanta's alert system and test setup is absolutely a game changer. Being able to know when something critical needs review or when a policy should be updated through automated alerts is great, like having the most reliable teammate. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta does a great job alerting about product or documents, it could do better at alerting on general timelines like "your audit was completed on x date, this likely means, if you want to continue to maintain compliance, it's time to reconnect with your auditor"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta organizes our compliance processes, automates alert systems and provides peace of mind by notifying us when critical reviews are needed or policies should be updated.
Efficient Compliance Management, Needs UI Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Vanta helps in managing our company's infosec compliance processes by keeping us up to date and automating some procedures. The notifications for overdue tasks are really helpful. What I appreciate most is that we don't need a full-time head to manage everything. It's impressive that Vanta does everything you'd like it to do, and it's certainly worth paying for. Setting it up was pretty easy, especially with the templates Vanta provides for creating policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit disorganized and it can occasionally be hard to find what you are looking for or figure out how to fix a test that is overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta automates infosec compliance processes, keeps us updated, and sends overdue task notifications, eliminating the need for a full-time manager.
Streamlined Compliance with Some Filtering Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find that audits with Vanta have become a no-brainer. I also really like the onboarding process. It's so well-structured that even someone who doesn't know much about compliance can get ISO or SOC2 compliant on their own by following the onboarding steps, which I think is pretty impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering throughout the platform does not work well. Scoping some tests only to relevant assets/people is not always straightforward. When I type in the search bar, there's a delay between what I type and what is displayed, and often some characters typed are skipped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta to track tasks for legal and regulatory compliance, automate evidence gathering, distribute compliance work, share security documents, and pre-fill security questionnaires. It makes audits simple and the onboarding process helps achieve compliance easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and user interface are very intuitive and easy to navigate. Integrations are straightforward to set up, and it effectively catches issues in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues on AWS are hard to understand because the documentation around them isn’t always clear. It would help if the documentation were more specific and included more detail on how to resolve the problem. As a new user, I find it a bit tricky to follow and figure out what to do next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Vanta for SOC 2 compliance, and it helps us identify all sorts of issues across different resources like GitHub, AWS, and other tools we use in the company. Overall, it makes the process of getting compliant feel very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Vanta for its ease of use and customer support. It's very intuitive to get around the interface. Some AI-assisted tools expedite the creation of documentation, and it's very well structured. The initial setup was as easy as it could have been.

The renewal process had a bit of a hang-up where they had some mistakes on our terms.
