Vanta reduces risk every day and keeps compliance on schedule.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations that monitor the platform infrastructure, employee computers and critical systems we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real-time monitoring is a double-edged sword. Compliance alerts interrupt plans and schedules, but they ensure controls are fixed quickly, and risk is reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta allows us to scale. The integrations, monitors and checklists give us the coverage we need to manage security controls, audits and effective GRC.
Amazing product! 1/2 the resources in 1/2 the time!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup/configure with many integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completed compliance program with 1/2 the resources and within 1/2 the time to achieve a certification compared to other manual compliance companies.
Better than advertised!
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is a very advanced tool with amazing automation for compliance that has proved invaluable in the process of becoming audit ready for our SOC 2. With the advanced integrations with our cloud infrastructure and identity management systems, when things change, we're alerted to changes in our compliance with SOC 2.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet. They're always improving their platform and it's so intuitive to use, I was able to just jump in and get started without any training or research. It's simply amazing!! Best decision we made in 2022.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 preparation to become audit ready in record time. Creating our various company policies that align with best practices have improved our organization and has set us up for success.
Instant path to SOC 2
What do you like best about the product?
They have a platform that outlines all the steps to get compliant. Their automation handles about 20% of the checklist, either granting instant compliance or automatically turning green when ready. Good templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOC 2 has some items that aren't hard requirements, but nothing in the platform indicates which are which. They expect you to opt out of what does t apply, but ... how are we supposed to know when that is the case?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Getting SOC 2". I didn't know the first place to begin but now we have a path and supports to get there.
Strong customer support, compliance explanations & automation options. User interface looked great!
What do you like best about the product?
All of the alerting & monitoring tools were helpful. The direct integrations with security administration, AWS & Google worked perfectly
What do you dislike about the product?
We started out going for both SOC2 + PCI , but later changed to just PCI. However, many of the SOC2 items stayed in our UI which confused us repeatedly

Lack of full time legal team & first line of answering compliance questions on consistent, reliable basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has an easy-to-use interface that makes monitoring controls easy to manage. The ability to assign specific tasks to other teammates via Asana is a wonderful feature that makes the management even simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Vanta doesn't integrate with all the applications we use, there are still several items that have to be managed manually. However, the catalog of integrations is extensive, so it assists me when choosing new applications to use within our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us understand what tasks are needed to meet specific controls. The tasks are written in plain language, and the instructions to complete each task are clear.
No longer a fan
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is reliable and easy to set up and manage. We find that it is highly configurable and works as expected without creating unnecessary noise within our environment. It also helps us to consistently weather periods of high turnover and loss of tribal knowledge. Also, Vanta's customer success team is top-notch and always available to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative or doubtful feelings toward the capability and usability of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had extremely high turnover and almost insurmountable product and system growth, which compounds every compliance automation concern. Vanta keeps us moving in the right direction with real time alerts and notifications that are easy to action (and delegate to team members).
