What do you like best about the product?
I can see the state of different certifications all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automatization. It would be possible to fix some tests automatically, I wish Vanta would have solution for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Vanta makes SOC 2 compliance a step-by-step checklist of policies and automated tests. We're alerted whenever we have items that need to be looked at and fixed. It's about as pleasant as compliance can get while still maintaining control of the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if Vanta had wizards in the product for constructing policies that fit the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta keeps you honest. With the tracking SLA's, regular reminders and the dashboard ensure that tasks don't fall through the cracks.
Vanta helps you mature. We were able to improve our policies with the template examples provided.
Vanta keeps adding integrations. It's very easy to connect to different applications and platforms making it simple to pull in compliance evidence.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the scope of users is a bit tedious. Some integrations don't distinguish clients from employees which requires frequent de-scoping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting the collection and management of evidence for our SOC2 Type2 audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta's dashboard and associated reminders ensure that we remain compliant in all aspects of our business operations. They take the guesswork out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really see a downside. If anything, it would be that there's a level of granularity that we don't need as a professional services company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta makes sure that we check all the boxes from managing our peoeple through to compliance with all of our policies. First and foremost, this includes our own expectations of internal security along with the security and care of our client's data. SOC 2 compliance is becoming a more common requirement for our professional services work and Vanta provides the seal of approval that our clients are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta keeps all our SOC2 and GDPR documents and tests in one place. It is easy to manage and stay on top of test that need to be run. The examples are helpful and the platform is organized in a way that makes staying compliant easy. We find the monitoring useful as well. Vanta has saved us so much time!

What do you dislike about the product?
Different modules seem to need different vanta support/sales staff and some timezone coverage issues with the less popular ones, insignificant and easily fixed (but I have to type something here!)

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is a solid, cost effective solution ofr our SOC2 Type 2 compliance. It integrates with many external application with ease and provides excellent visibility of our compliance lanscape.

As Head of IT Security and Data Privacy, I review Vanta daily and can quickly respond to Executives on where our divisions Risk and IT posture is easily.
Implementation has been very low lift and suport has been "World Class"

What do you dislike about the product?
The framework comparison screen, while helpful, would be more beneficial to have the ability to look across controls and see how we are mapped.
For instance- In multi company environments, it would be nice for our SOX team to see how ITGC controls marry to SOC2 Common Criteria.
This would help in evaluating the risk landscape and lift needed to get mature our frameworks and certifications. This would allow making the best descions/justificationsof adding the framework module to our contract.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, the best function of Vanta outside of a given framework and compliancy is it is integral in helping us to understand our Risk Landscape and Risk Roadmap.
I have evaluated several different framework software over the years and Vanta is one of the most comprehensive, organized easy to use platforms I have been involved with.
The new multi-level workspaces for multiple business divisions, solves areas that frankly many other software’s are inept at.

Great Tool for SOC 2 Audit and Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Vanta for over 2 years. Our experience was fantastic. It is a user-friendly tool with good automation to allow us to always be in compliance for SOC 2. This year we rolled out the Vendor Risk Management, Access Reviews, Questionnaire Automation, and that has been a huge time savor for access review and vendor risk management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they would slow down changes to the home screen.

Vanta makes it super easy to achieve high security standards like SOC 2. Thanks to its integrations, policy templates, and vendor risk management, Vanta helped us save weeks of hard work.
