Vanta Streamlines Security Management with Powerful Integrations and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta simplifies so many processes and the management of security frameworks. Its very easy to navigate and see your tasks, tests, and controls. Some of my favourite features are:
- Numerous Integrations that automate a lot of Tests. This saves so much time.
- Risk Register, keeping the Risk within our ISMS is great and the ability to create Tasks and Remediation plans directly within Vanta is very helpful.
- Vendor Management, this is really useful, especially for uploading security reviews.
- Support is always prompt and helpful. Even the AI Support is quite good compared to other companies.
- The new Policy builder is FANTASTIC! This feature alone has saved us dozens of hours.
- It was very easy to get started and implement. We were very stagnant in our SOC2/ISO27001 progress with our last ISMS supplier, but once we switched to Vanta, we were able to build so much momentum and get certified.
- I use Vanta every day, and I love it.

Vanta Makes Compliance Effortless with Real-Time Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Vanta is how much it simplifies compliance automation. It continuously monitors our systems and provides real-time visibility into our security posture, making SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance much easier to maintain throughout the year instead of just during audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
In cases where the same control applies across multiple environments or entities with different scopes or documentation, it would be helpful to have an option to segregate or manage evidence separately. This would allow for clearer differentiation of applicability and compliance context within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps streamline and automate our compliance processes across frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, and ISO 27001. By continuously monitoring our systems and collecting evidence automatically, it eliminates much of the manual effort that typically goes into preparing for audits. This makes it significantly easier to stay audit-ready throughout the year, reduces last-minute scramble for documentation, and ensures consistent visibility into our overall compliance posture.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes life significantly easier by serving as a unified evidence inventory and control tracking space. It simplifies compliance by automatically collecting evidence, centralizing policies, and providing a clear view of our security posture. The integrations and automation save countless hours that would otherwise be spent on manual tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
You often need to use the platform’s built-in refresh button for each test, since the browser’s refresh button doesn’t always reload individual test-status properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta centralizes and automates our compliance efforts by continuously monitoring controls, collecting evidence, and flagging gaps in real time. It eliminates the manual overhead of tracking compliance tasks across systems, helps us stay audit-ready year-round, and provides clear visibility into our security posture — ultimately saving time and reducing human error.

In the main process of compliance testing, it is hoped that the update frequency of the latest functional descriptions/guidelines for various interfacing systems can be accelerated. It has been found that outdated information is used in some improvement guidelines for compliance items

So far, I haven't found any drawbacks in its use, and I'm quite satisfied with everything

Visualize all the complex compliance control clauses into work/assets/documents, allowing us to clearly understand the significance and focus of compliance

Sometimes it can be very inflexible. However, that assures that nothing is bypassed.

Vanta made the onboarding process straightforward and helped us achieve compliance quickly.

Vanta offers a broad selection of integrations, though there are still a few that we are hoping will be added in the future.

Vanta brings together all the small tasks needed for compliance frameworks and helps keep us on track with timely reminders.
Effortless GRC with Predefined Tools, But Missing a Mobile App

GRC made easy through its predefined documents and test.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely appreciate how Vanta aligns perfectly with the compliance frameworks like SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001, which are crucial for us. The automation feature, especially in the trust center and security questionnaire, is incredibly beneficial as it lays out security controls in simple terms and helps with monitoring and managing them efficiently. Setting up Vanta was a breeze with the easy integration of various tools. I also love that it saves us significant engineering time by offloading many manual tasks, allowing our team to focus more on sales. The comprehensive alerts and internal controls keep us on track with compliance efforts, and I find the updates to the security questionnaires making our processes much faster. In case I moved to a company without a compliance tool, choosing Vanta again would be a no-brainer due to the time-saving and streamlined operations it offers. Overall, Vanta is integral in distributing security responsibilities effectively across our team, providing a much more informed approach towards compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the current capability insufficient for handling web portal questionnaires directly, and I believe it would be beneficial if Vanta's AI could continuously refine our knowledge base and keep our trust center up-to-date.

I find Vanta streamlines our compliance processes, distributing security responsibility, informing our team, and saving significant engineering time compared to manual methods.
