Vanta makes it easy for us to manage all the requirements for various compliance certifications. It streamlines the often lengthy process of identifying our needs and offers a ready-to-use, manageable solution that works well for everyone on our team. Additionally, its integrations help create a comprehensive ecosystem of observability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing so far, from the very start, Vanta has been an outstanding partner. They consistently update the platform, and their communication is always clear and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta enables us to handle all the requirements for various compliance certifications, guiding us from identifying the necessary policies to managing all the tasks specific to our environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a centralized location to monitor our compliance posture in real time, as well as to keep all of our policies and documentation organized and easily accessible, has been extremely helpful. It makes preparing for audits and handling vendor assessments significantly more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta poses considerable difficulties when handling intricate HR situations, especially in cases involving the rehiring of employees or managing name changes. These processes introduce operational obstacles that can hinder both compliance efficiency and the accuracy of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta changes compliance from a time-consuming, periodic task into a continuous and manageable process. This shift helps LinkSquares achieve its business goals of securing enterprise customers and expanding its operations.
Great tool to manage security and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The scope it covers - from users through endpoints to Saas/IaaS/PaaS, compliance management and other integrated modules making use of information entered/gathered once for multiple outcomes.

There is nothing I dislike about Vanta at the moment.

As a Series A startup, Vanta makes compliance & SOC 2 a breeze and lets us focus on the needles that move the business forward.

I really haven't had any issues with Vanta. It's easy to use and intuitively built.

Vanta helps us as a Series A startup stay SOC 2 compliant with very minimal effort.

Navigating and understanding the hierarchy of tests, policies, and documents can be challenging, making it hard to locate the information you need.

Vanta assists us in maintaining compliance with GDPR and ISO-27001. It provides automatic alerts for any security concerns or overdue compliance tasks, ensuring that we consistently adhere to the required frameworks and best practices.

Vanta is well-regarded for simplifying and automating the process of achieving and maintaining security certifications like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and others. Easy to integrate, implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I understand that a sophisticated platform can not be cheap but I do think Vanta is very expensive

We are using Vanta for auditing purpose like ISO, SOC, NIST, Trust Centre. It makes our job easy by managing all the stuff in one application.

Vanta has been our go to platform to help us automate our compliance for frameworks like SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc. It seamlessly connects to our systems and platforms like GitHub, Salesforce, etc. to audit and collect evidences of compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major to dislike about Vanta. A minute concern would be the pricing. Small organizations or startups may find it a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business works extensively with vendors, and we also serve as a vendor to many other companies. In both situations, security compliance is essential. Without certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, the process can become quite tedious, often requiring us to complete numerous questionnaires. With Vanta, we have been able to automate our security compliance efforts, which has helped us stay on track toward achieving certifications like SOC 2.
Effective Compliance Solution with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I found Vanta to be the best tool after comparing it with others, particularly because of its excellent support for compliance issues. The setup process was relatively simple, and the support was helpful when difficulties did arise. I especially appreciate the predefined controls and templates that helped us manage the SOC 2 compliance process without prior knowledge, without having to start from scratch with expensive consultants. The Control Center and the Trust Center are very practical, as they allow us to grant external access to the necessary documents and make specific information accessible to our customers. The integration with our existing software like Atlassian, Microsoft, and Google works seamlessly. These features make Vanta extremely useful and are decisive for me to purchase the tool again and recommend it without reservation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to click on individual employees often, which is quite cumbersome. A function to confirm all at once would be much better.

With Vanta, we were able to understand and tackle SOC 2 compliance processes without needing to start from scratch or hire expensive consultants. The predefined controls and templates guide us through the process, saving time and effort.
Amazing compliance management platform; Pricey but worth it
What do you like best about the product?
The amazing efficiency of running our SOC2 and ISO 27K programs in the platform compared to the stone-age spreadsheet method used at my last org.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of new features can be pretty steep.

Organizing and powering our security compliance operations to successfully attain multiple framework certifications for 3 years and counting.
Vanta helps us stay on track with SOC audit compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The connections between SOC controls, tests and policies make it easy to assess progress at-a-glance. The ability for our vCISO and SOC auditor to interact directly with our information via the application makes audits seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
A a small company we don't have many integrated apps so we end up doing a lot of work manually.
