Vanta is convenient and effective for cybersecurity monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and provides very clear instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some more thorough instructions for specific tasks would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of not knowing how to get Soc 2 compliance and ISO 27001. It's much easier now.

What do you like best about the product?
You have both the technical support and a project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
You'll get the most out of the platform if your existing systems sync with it.

Being able to streamline the SOC2 compliance process because of the interactive task list and project manager

What do you like best about the product?
The strength and number of integrations provides key insights and monitoring necessary for a mature security posture. Vanta works with you to best utilize their platform and set you up for success from day 0.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are superficial or require unique setups that increase the difficulty of onboarding Vanta. Deepening existing integrations and increasing the number would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are identifying our security and reliability weaknesses and blind spots. Vanta also helped us streamline our employee security posture. We increased our confidence in our sytems and monitoring.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to navigate. Makes checking things off the to do list much easier. Vanta customer success managers are helpful in understanding the software and the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Vanta had more connections to services to more easily automate vendor onboarding and access management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checklists and helpful resources make getting through a security audit much easier.
Helping Us Maintain Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and setup. The client success manager was engaged throughout the implementation and ensured that we had the best experience possible when rolling out the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not specific to Vanta, but the process itself can be intrusive. Installing client software to track content on PCs can be hard for people to understand, but Vanta does a good job of providing flexibility with dealing with these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that we are in compliance with published policies so that we can meet/maintain SOC2 audit compliance. The dashboard makes it easy to see any deficiencies we may have in our environment.
Vanta is an excellent application that helps you to maintain organized all requirements for infosec

The vanta agent is excellent to maintain all controls update
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loads of inventory page is slow and the gathering of status of computers take at least an hour
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enforcing all the cyber security controls. We didn't have any control of info sec, we are aware of Cyber threats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vanta has all the requirements of compliance of ISO 27001 y Soc 2. It is confident that you consider of getting Vanta as a partner.
Great accelerator for SOC 2 compliance (and probably ISO 27001 and GDPR but haven't tested yet)
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of automated compliance tests and detailed guidance to remediate, lots of policy templates, reactive support, possibility to mutualise work on different standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited capabilities to export data from Vanta - for example, I can't yet export all the vendor information I have created and input. Although this is in their roadmap

I was able to prepare for SOC 2 audit with much less work and better guidance - the cost is much less than consultancy
Security and Compliance Fully Automated
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all tasks across a variety of areas of the business and the flexibility of catering to a wider range of international compliance and regulations
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all at the moment, service has been impeccable and have been provided with the best support through Vanta Success Management team. Only wish the price would be all-inclusive of new features and certifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Address security and compliance holistically without having to onboard expensive external agencies who only provided a one-sided solution instead of an all-encompassing solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unsecured employee accounts. Workstations not up to par for basic security requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you're connecting to all essential vendors, Vanta quickly shows where the services contain potential issues and where they may be located. You can decide with their recommendations if you need to improve or not. For unsupported vendors, they explain the steps to take into consideration for self-evaluating any potential threats. They took care of all the big complicated vendors with ease.

APIs, pre-made documents for controls and policies, and customer service (thanks Camille!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the interface were difficult to find (e.g. documents) and the graph at the home page is confusing
