Excellent automation and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
What I particularly like about Vanta are the ready-made integrations that are very easy to use with minimal effort. The onboarding is also good and offers a lot of support. Overall, I find the entire integration very successful and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could naturally be more integrations, but this is constantly being expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solves our problem of manual compliance checks through automation and integration, saving us time by automatically checking accounts, laptops, and password managers. The ready-made integrations are easy to use with little effort, facilitate onboarding, and allow for more frequent testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and navigation in Vanta. The tests feature is something I use the most as it helps us stay compliant. The initial setup of Vanta was very easy.

Comprehensive Compliance Made Effortless with Vanta
What do you like best about the product?
I use Vanta to handle all my client's accounts regarding compliance with many frameworks. It solves the compliance hustle by having all the evidence needed for auditors on just one platform. I love that everything is in one place, including evidence, system configurations, users, and assets. Vanta can map the existing evidence gathering to other frameworks, which is amazing. It also manages document cadence, reducing the work needed to obtain compliance for clients who need to meet several frameworks like ISO, SOC, and PCI. Many of my clients have switched from Drata to Vanta, and they are loving it. Since they had some expertise in Drata, using Vanta was a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few improvements that can be made, one of which is having the ability to make it Dark mode for those of us who can't stand too much brightness!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta to manage compliance with various frameworks easily. It solves the compliance hustle by consolidating evidence for auditors in one platform. It organizes evidence, systems, and assets, and maps evidence to other frameworks, reducing workload and handling document cadence efficiently.
Streamlined ISO Compliance with Vanta's Powerful AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like Vanta's AI model, which is very good. Whenever I upload evidence, it goes through the whole evidence and tells me what are the weak points and what are the gaps. I solve them, and then when I upload them again, Vanta tells me that my evidence is completely fine. That's the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wasn't able to log in to it. I'm not sure if it was my network problem. I'm not 100% sure. But apart from that, there wasn't anything else that I could find. I've been trying to use it with Claude, the MCP server, but I can't find a way to take the API key from Vanta. I'm not sure where to get that. I've been trying to Google it, but no.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for ISO 27001 compliance. It helps me turn the standard into manageable tests that I can address. Its AI model identifies weak points in my evidence, allowing me to fix them effectively.

Effortless Certification Process with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Vanta to be an easy to use platform and a customer-friendly company. Whenever we had issues in the process, we got quick resolutions. The ease of the initial setup was great, especially with the help of Cognisys as a partner, which really took away that burden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the subscription part for adding other certifications can be more transparent to me as a customer. The process of having to request a quote, etc., can be easier and more zero-touch in my opinion.

I use Vanta for automating our ISO 27001 certification process and controls. It's easy to use and the company is customer-friendly, resolving issues quickly.
Continual Innovation and Thoughtful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is continually innovating, improving, and developing new features. The customization options are well thought out and make it easy to tailor Vanta to our environment, which has been genuinely helpful for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer features come as add-on packages. While they can be useful, they aren’t always cost-effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The trust center has been a major win for us. Customers are able to get the reports they need without any manual processes that can slow things down.
Streamlines Auditing, Needs Better 9001 Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta tracks everything, making it easy to see where you're at and what you still need to do. The reminders are really helpful, keeping us on track and ensuring things don't fall through the cracks. I also appreciate that it speeds up the auditing process because everything is there for the auditor, which means you can spend less time with them and more time doing what you do best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Vanta has been built very well for 27001 for the most part, but in some areas, 9001 seems to have been sort of slapped on, and there's things missing that could be really helpful. Our requirements for 9001 can't really be fully done in there. If it could improve its 9001 offering, I would rate it higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta to track progress for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks with reminders. It speeds up the auditing process by providing auditors easy access to everything they need, so they require less of our time.

I like how Vanta eases the process for conducting audits and collecting evidence. The Vanta AI assistant helps us easily answer customer and vendor questions. The platform offers many integrations with different products, like SSO login, which keeps things organized and eliminates the hassle of storing and creating passwords for each account. I also appreciate the integrations with AWS and GitHub, which allow us to manage and track changes effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Complete a web-based questionnaire' feature could be improved since there are many vendor portals in the market and it sometimes fails to address the questions present in the portal.

Effective Compliance Tool with Time-Saving Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look of Vanta and it's just a good compliance tool. It really helps me do everything I need for audits like SOC 2 and ISO without having to chase people around for evidence. I can just connect Vanta to gather supporting documentation, which saves me a lot of time. It also saves engineering and support GRC securities time, which is a big benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found there was some learning curve initially, as it took us from three to nine months to get it setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps me save a lot of time. I don't have to chase people for information as I can just go to Vanta for documentation. It's a good compliance tool for audits like SOC 2 and ISO, saving time for engineering, GRC, and security teams.
