What do you like best about the product?
I like the software as I can literally search for any sort of material about my company (even if I don't know everything about the certain piece of content) and have the ability to send it to a prospect who is asking for something specific or wanting to learn more about a specific industry/feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the layout of our portal could have a better UX design to it. It looks a bit clunky and I was driven away from it when first starting. I think if you dumb it down and make it simpler then it could go a longer way for salespeople just starting to use the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving is whenever someone asks for a specific resource or specific insight that is probably somewhere on our website or on a different piece of software we have. I love having the ability to just search for something and Highspot will put different resources for prospects in front of me.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility of content and flexible organization tools are phenomenal. The quality of the integrations and intuitive nature has allowed for immediate adoption and success utilizing the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any trouble with the platform yet. I hope to utilize the platforms recommended content and reporting more thoroughly in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the most up to date content to share and gaining more insight into how customers utilize what I share. I've also benefited from organizing my content and having easy access to find what I need.

Highspot Saves Time

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to create collections/spots to share many pieces of content at once, which saves me from having to build messy internal comms in Outlook or in Slack. It's nice to be able to create mini webpages that I can direct people to or pages that our CS/Sales teams can share out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to sort for content and I wish that it connected to SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is sometimes hard to share enablement pieces with various teams. I can now share all related documents, pitch templates, videos, etc in one place for each campaign that we launch. It is also a place where I can store and share Customer Evidence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is easy to use and I appreciate that.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is top notch, but the functionality I love are smart pages, and the dynamic capability of them. I also love that I can cut down on email noise to my reps by keeping newsletters in Highspot, and simply making them aware that the weekly version is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology is hard to adapt to at first. The glossary they provide is largely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are assuring that current content, is the ONLY content that's available. We're cutting down on internal requests to other internal teams for documentation now that there's one housing unit for that documentation. The search capability and recommended content has been largely helpful in speeding up the process of monotonous tasks that can take up so much of the reps time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to develop a Highspot hierarchy before you roll it out. Who is responsible for what content makes maintenance so much easier, but without it, it can become chaos quickly.

Nothing really, most of the issues I had were mostly user error

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is an intuitive tool that makes pulling and organizing content a much easier task. It provides you with the flexibility to tailor information for different client interactions, which is great. Most helpful though is the ability to track which pieces of content are used most frequently. That way, you can gauge the content that is most relevant, what needs periodic updates, and what can be removed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with the platform thus far. Looking forward to seeing the enhancements Highspot releases in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content is constantly being created and metrics frequently need updating. Highspot makes it easier to make marketing collateral updates more regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is great, making it easy to navigate and find related content. The ability to track emails is a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to send mass emails and still get open/view analytics for specific customers. This would save sales reps a lot of time, rather than having to individually tag each and every email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management has greatly benefited.

What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy it is to find the internal and external resources I need in every client situation. It is organized super well, so I can see what is most relevant when I search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is older content that is outdated for Concur, and I can get lost in all of the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find different options in how to educate our current clients on Concur services, and keeps me up to date and educated on application updates as well!

Do it! They are an easy to use resource to find what you need for your clients, and yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to always access the most up to date information across our organization, as well as the ability to send documents to our prospective clients via spot and being able to track activity, views, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, it is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track the activity associated with various assets helps us gain deeper insight into what the prospective client is most interested in, areas they're not spending time on that we need to call their attention to, if critical documents have been shared internally within the company and viewed by an appropriate number of people, etc.

This tool makes content management and distribution a breeze.
