It has become a must have of my Enablement Tech Stack
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has easy to use functionality and reduces the noise and chaos experienced by teams accustomed to digging through shared folders or using Slack to crowd source content.
They are also amazing partners, always willing to get on the phone with our end users, help us develop our strategy, give us insight into what other organizations are doing that we can take advantage of.
There is always a new featuring coming along that is exactly what we needed. Their product team clearly listens to their customers when planning the next big feature. You cannot go wrong with Highspot.
This tool is absolutely for your GTM enablement and beyond. Our digital onboarding program is a complete hit in part because of the sophistication and organization of Highspot smart pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Internal analytics in Salesforce is on the roadmap and insights based information beyond content engagement would be helpful. You have to be extremely intentional about your spot organization. It would be nice to see a "spot organizer" in a folder like structure. We have a job aid for my enablement team on where to source, how to tag, and what to bookmark that can be unwieldy.

Great resource
What do you like best about the product?
Finding assets, sending them to prospects or clients, and tracking their usage has become much easier with Highspot. It's flexible and powerful features have improved my ability to efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning a new system as robust as Highspot can be overwhelming. The live training sessions made it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has made it easier to find specific marketing assets that cover a topic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to organize files and make them accessible to people across an organization this is a great tool to utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot not only manages your content better (Allowing you to view and access content faster) it can deploy playbook ready sales content when sales teams need it the most through SFDC integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability for comprehensive rebranding to the organizations preferred name (including hyperlinks names)

Content management and sales playbook deployment. If you make it easy for reps...they will use it.

What do you like best about the product?
At my company, we have an abundance of content pieces from trend reports to consumer insights and one-pagers that we share. Highspot makes it so easy to share that content internally with our Account Executives and Marketers and externally when it is pitched to customers. Having everything easily searchable and all located in one place makes my job that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives to Highspot so far. Any issues we have had have been quickly resolved by their service department. It has been extremely helpful and working monthly with people from Highspot has been a great way to connect on any new updates. It has become a staple in the way we view and share our content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a few issues when Account Executives were pitching content out to customers. I believe we were un able to see what customers opened it, but after speaking with Highspot's customer service, we were able to quickly resolve the issues.
We've realized many benefits. Highspot serves as a "one stop shop" to view and share all of the content we have created. Being able to track through the Analytics feature who is using highspot, who is sending out content, and what our most viewed pieces of content are is extremely helpful for marketers and account executives alike.

Such a great tool for sales engagement and enablement. A perfect tool to store and share content.
Smart design, simple UI
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Highspot alone is a huge upgrade over most content storage options. Being able to preview the content from the search view makes life much easier for the end user and on the backend the process of creating a lovely homepage is enticingly approachable. The process for adding content is straightforward and once in the system content can be moved around very easily. When paired with the solid analytics features for both internal and external tracking, it's hard for Highspot to not add value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few aspects in adding content which are a little fiddly. The integration with file sources other than Sharepoint is functional but has some odd kinks (the Highspot file picker cannot view sub-folders within SFDC Files, for instance, at time of writing).
Managing content en masse could use a little polish in some respects, e.g. "Select All" disabling some options. Dragging items to add them to lists is nice, but it's still necessary to individually select items in some cases. An option to mass add to a list during the upload or even a stripped down view of items that allows more files to appear on screen at once could be useful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team reported issues finding content and confirming that the content they had was the most up to date version. Part of the benefit was simply enticing our content management team to an audit but Highspot's ease of search and emphasis on version control exactly answered our business needs.
Great Tool for sellers along with an awesome team to support implementation
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things. First, our Marketing team likes it as they can see the types of assets are sellers are viewing, downloading, and/or pitching. For our Sales team, they like the ability to 'Pitch' to prospects and have the granular notifications about if/when a prospect viewed the material, which pieces, and for how long. From a management perspective, the analytics on the sellers, assets, and engagement are very helpful to be able to coach sellers too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the administrative navigation is not very intuitive. I have to sometimes look in several places to find what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sellers using old content. Sellers not knowing which of their prospects are engaged. Marketing knowing what is being used.

Be sure to look at the analytics.. it's what convinced me.

Highspot's ability to allow me to use pitch links and create microsites for prospects and clients as an organized place to keep important documents.

Nothing at this time- Highspot is so much easier to work with than other sales reference tools I've used before.

Sales favorite application in our tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily find all relevant content and collateral regardless of format

The self-service reporting and analytics is a bit complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our sales organization to find all the most current and relevant sales content and collateral to leverage wherever they are in the sales process. They no longer have to search through their own desktop for outdated content, and Highspot has made the sales reps much more self-sufficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Services Exec, Chryselle was fantastic! Always available for any request, no matter large or small. Chryselle made sure that my team was properly ready for the deployment, and it has been great thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process was seamless. Wouldn't change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps were having trouble finding content in SFDC, as well as not understanding what collateral was resonating with prospects. With Highspot, it has been a complete change! There are so many features and capabilities that we have now that we have never had in my 6 years here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a Sales Engagement tool, there is not one better than Highspot!
