Sales Content Management with Data Rich Insights

What do you like best about the product?
There are three things I found incredibly helpful through our integration of Highspot. First and foremost are the analytics. Having a platform that can provide sales team content usage and customer pitch engagement data is incredibly valuable. We can now determine if our sales team are using our own best practices while also having a window into how our customers engage with our content when those best practices are followed. It removes so much of the guessing game and allows us to determine the impact of the content in ways we never have before. Second, the ease of use of Highspot is top-notch. The UI/UX is easy to learn and master, and the Support function is world-class. It is so easy for a new user to jump in and start using the platform that we see people sending Pitches within minutes of logging in for the first time. Not needing to have a massive ramp up of training to get our sales team using Highspot was a big win for us. Third, the integration team from Highspot that worked with us to launch the platform was incredible. Their level of product knowledge and willingness to help us get our Highspot set up and launched was nothing short of a godsend. We had an accelerated time frame and they came through as true advocates and champions of the platform. We went through an extensive platform comparison process, and these three key elements let us know that selecting Highspot was the right decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike thus far is the number of integrations with Highspot. I'd prefer to see more dedicated OTS type solutions for integrations with DAMs (such as Widen) and video delivery platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Vidyard. Highspot integrated so well with Brainshark, our CRM, and our cloud services that I wish it had the same ease of integration with others to allow it to be the one-stop-shop for our Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot provides us multiple solutions. It is a sales content management system. It is also our sales communication portal. It is the first place we want our sellers going for information and content. On top of all of that, the analytics provide us insights into the behaviors of our sales team while providing a means to easily determine our content governance strategies. Additionally, the data on pitch engagement provides a critical view into how our customers interact with our messaging and content. Rather than guess what our sellers are doing with and how our customers are reacting to our content...Highspot just lets us know. It's a simple idea with incredibly complex implications.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep all of my favorite content in one place. I also like that we can edit within highspot and once we send something, we can track who is reading it and what they are most focussed on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the search function to be a little easier to find things with an advanced search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult to know where all of the content was for our company. Now it is much easier having it all in one place by section or service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use to upload files, search for content, have my own folder of content. I also like and use the integration with Outlook to deploy and track content via email to target accounts/prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is in the internal email function. I'd like to be able to send a single bit of content to a large audience (blindly) on a mass scale--rather than one-off or have to deploy via Outlook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love seeing the real time interaction from prospects with the content I'm sending. Gives good insight into what resonates and should be duplicated and what doesnt. It's also informing what specific sections of certain pitches/decks are the most looked at (so I can see what matters to the recipient-where they spend the most time, and keep going back)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add a highspot link within Gmail for your prospects to click on to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, the ability to login with Okta or SSO is awesome and again the ability to send links via gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our business documents within one place for me to view and share. It's a central hub for me review all the marketing material within one place.

Fantastic product to reduce new hire onboarding and friction between sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with Salesforce and Gmail make it seamless for the sales reps to adopt since they don't have to leave their current process.
What do you dislike about the product?
An integration with Outreach sequences would be ideal for our teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has been instrumental in reducing rep admin time and allowing them to focus on higher level sales tasks. New hire ramp time has also decreased thanks to easy access to the latest and greatest team and marketing material. The integration of Highspot into our tech stack has been seamless. We're able to log in via SSO, sync over documents and updates from Google drive, Box, and Salesforce and leverage the Gmail extension to allow the reps to solve for their pain points without disrupting what's currently working for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to use and provides recipient engagement info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to create mass mailings using a properly formatted email list whereby a template can be built, list applied and mass emails (maybe 25 to 50) can be personalized and delivered in one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System lets you know who has engaged (opened) your correspondence which provides insights for building follow up strategy. I have generated net new logo business using Highspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best marketing / sales enablement tool I have used to date primarily due to ease of use, links to Salesforce and displays email recipient engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Professional appearance of output. Finished, delivered product is appealing and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still working on figuring out the directories, spots, repositories. We have a large number of business units and business segments - finding what I am looking for still takes a bit of searching. We are working with our admin to develop a dedicated spot for our team.

Central repository for all marketing materials.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Highspot allows me and my team the ability to easily access our sales collateral. Not only that, but it allows us to see the engagement from the client, on that collateral. Which in turn, gives us additional follow up opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing that I've found to be a negative at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were very decentralized with our sales materials, prior to bringing in Highspot. This allows our organization to access the most up-to-date materials in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to showcase the pitch functionality within Highspot, to your sales teams. It's a great way to track engagement and create future follow up talking points.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides for having access to Highspot are too numerous to mention in a quick survey...in short, it's a crucial tool in any salesperson's toolbox. Extremely easy to navigate and get the right content and exact sales collateral needed for timely sales activities and prospecting efforts. Tracking of your email pitches is also paramount in gauging prospect engagement and interest/very helpful in determining next steps and contact strategy. The dashboards are all visually appealing and ability to control your own content library is great feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly cannot think of one area that would be a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem was spending valuable time searching for what you may need via various departments, other locations and other experts/sources...everything you need via Highspot all resides in central location within the portal! Benefits of course are saving time, becoming more productive with sales outreach and overall self-education of all product offering across the enterprise...and getting updates and notifications to that material and resources is key as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find, create and share content using internal marketing resources. Highspot makes it super easy to stay up to date on new marketing collateral made. The plug-in allows you to share content internally or with prospects interested in buying your solution. Great for tracking content clicked as well

Another feature that I like about Highspot is the ability to send out specific pitches to new prospects in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
More internal training/ best practices/ tips and tricks. While I use the tool every day, I would love to see how others use the tool for good. What are the best practices? Am I using the tool to its full potential?

The last recommendation I would make is to update the general UI. It seems a bit outdated and I think based on the product, they could do a lot better.

I really do love the tool and instruct new hires to go to highspot to access everything FourKites, and will definitely continue to!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work directly with the marketing team to communicate and update them on the market. I use the highspot plug-in for Gmail on a daily basis. It has made my life so much easier. One major benefit I can recall is sending prospective prospects and being able to look back on the data- did they click or download? Should I re-engage at this time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the investment. It makes organizing and sharing content for companies way easier. I know where to go when I need to find something and dont have to ask where to go from a manager/coworker.
