What do you like best about the product?
It's straight forward to use and integrates well with salesforce

Getting to different options in the form builder is a bit cumbersome

It automated our forms we collect about our clients and puts it right into sales force

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of developing forms and automatically collecting the data in a spreadsheet
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of any significance. There are some minor formatting issues but overall it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing online applications from partners who are requesting funds for their organizations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great online form development software. Easy to use and easy to get started.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of problems that can be solved with FormAssembly...everything from survey to registration to online forms...FormAssembly is my one stop solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a little stong, but I wish that FormAssembly did a better job of identifying potential duplicates with my Salesforce integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online registration, Online surveys, Online forms...the benefit is that I can create and edit these with point and click...no code needed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend FormAssembly to everyone...it's a great tool that has lots of versatility

Waste of money and time

What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty easy to create surveys. User friendly in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never did get it to synch with Salesforce. Very expensive for what you get. Difficult to get technical support. The survey link was so long and irrelevant that I had to figure out how to use another tool to create a shorter more meaningful link to embed in a communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a survey tool. No benefits from this tool. Waste of time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly provides a great level of data management along with using logic. Excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
minor bugs that come up and take days until repaired. We had several such issues but were not taken care of responsibly, causing a loss of 5k+. We still use this service for its benefits and their quick fixing of bugs.

Connectors are a bit difficult to understand and formulas are hard to build

Event registration and ordering map into Salesforce.

Don't think twice! This tool is great and support will help if you get lost along the way.

The promptness in which staff responds and works to find solutions and answer questions is absolutely wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't found any dislikes yet!

We have used this product to collect statewide data that used to be entered by hand individually.
This is a huge cost saver in staff time.

What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly is intuitive and has a good out-of-the-box Salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity of the forms is great to a certain point, but some things that should be very easy are not. For example, changing fonts or font size is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use FA as a way to collect customer information on our website and get the information into our database. This is fairly simple to accomplish with a limited budget.

What do you like best about the product?
THis form was very easy to setup and I liked the aesthetics. I do not like that you can only add form boxed at the end of sentences, and not intra-paragraph.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add a box within paragraphs, this seems ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial Regulation forms, import with salesforce.

The ease of building complex forms and the ability to copy them.
Customer Service is incredible and fast.
Pricing is affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to search or sort data in the responses tab.

Problems Solved: Streamlined workflows with automated notifications to appropriate departments or individuals.
