What do you dislike about the product?
Yext is super powerful, but the navigation can be clunky. It often feels lik you have to click a lot to get where you're going, or use the quick tool bar to find a pages that might have been moved or renamed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has really helped our organization by streamlining listing info across hundreds of platforms, letting us update everything from one spot instead of managing multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been a great platform for our team. It’s intuitive and easy to use, which made onboarding and day-to-day management seamless. Their customer success team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and we’ve seen meaningful results very quickly. It’s a reliable solution that delivers both efficiency and impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where Yext could improve the user experience. Navigating between filtered views can be inefficient, as users must restart the process if they step back or exit a workflow. Additionally, more practical and actionable tutorials—specifically focused on resolving page errors—would make it easier to troubleshoot issues independently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize pages for our different industries and verify that everything is correct across all of them. It also makes it easier to distribute our content across multiple platforms and channels.
Robust Platform with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer service at Yext. The customer service team is very prompt and easy to work with. Whenever I have a problem, even if it's not directly related to Yext but maybe connected to Google, the Yext team is always happy to jump in, help, and give me a recommendation on how to fix it. Additionally, I find that using templates is very helpful. Once you have a proper template set up, populating all of the information is very straightforward and doesn't take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't wanna say that this doesn't work well for me. I just don't prefer to use it. And that is reviews. I use reviews elsewhere. I use a platform called Podium. It just integrates more seamlessly with our internal processes so I gather reviews that way. Versus gathering them through Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext ensures our stores have correct hours and seasonal descriptions on Google, keeping our listings updated.
Quick, Easy Onboarding and Simple Information Management
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was quick, informative, and easy to follow. The platform makes it simple to update and manage our information whenever changes are needed, which has been a big plus for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be the packaging. It would be helpful to have more flexibility there, along with the option to pilot or trial Scout once our data is fully integrated into the platform.

Yext is helping us scale and manage our directory listings more efficiently. It allows us to expand our presence across more platforms while keeping our information consistent and accurate. This is especially valuable as we look to integrate with emerging AI platforms and ensure our data is accessible and reliable wherever customers are searching.
Easy Listing Updates, But You’re Locked In If You Stop Paying
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of updating your hours, address, or phone number on a bunch of different sites, you can just do it once and it updates everywhere—like on Google, Apple Maps, and Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you stop paying for Yext, your listings don’t always stay as clean and controlled as they were. Some of that consistency depends on the subscription staying active, which can feel like you’re locked in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having different hours, addresses, or phone numbers on sites like Google or other directories, it keeps everything consistent in one place and updates it everywhere for you.
Effortless Listings Management, Support Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Yext makes it easy to update and manage all listings at once, which solves the problem of handling multiple listings very smoothly. I also appreciate the support, which is very helpful, especially during the initial setup. The use of templates within Yext is something I value too.

I see inconsistencies between listings that cause things to not work properly.

Effortless Reporting & Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the notifications and reports Yext provides. The enhanced help desk is a lifesaver, and the onboarding and implementation team were terrific. Keeping track of reviews, sentiment, and complaints is so much easier now. I like the balance between control and automation. The initial setup was a breeze, and our main contact before implementation, Micah, was fantastic and really sells the company just by being a great guy. Our implementation and help staff were really helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find building my own reports tricky. A notification or reports wizard would do a lot. Sometimes I wish I knew more about how I can use new Yext features. They build and iterate really fast and I don't necessarily hear about every new function except in huge updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for review and reputation management, citations, listings, and sentiment analysis. It makes tracking reviews and complaints easier with a good balance between control and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Yext's user-friendly platform, as it's easy to find the tools I need and learn more about them. It's great that I can ask questions easily, and the customer support team is very responsive, helping us with any issues quickly. The connector feature has been a big help, saving us from manual work by syncing changes on our landing pages with the information on our entities. This ensures our info is consistently updated across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a flagging option when reviews aren't following Google guidelines. Also, Scout, which is their rank tracking tool comes with a big extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage 2000 locations and sync data across platforms. The user-friendly platform and connector feature save us from manual work. It automatically syncs updates, allows bulk data management, and lets us analyze performance metrics in one platform.
Essential for Restaurant Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext allows me to do Google My Business updates and posts in bulk and manage reviews all in one place. I appreciate the events included, like the recent AI brand visibility event which was extremely insightful for my team and me. I also really like the professionalism and engagement of the Yext team.
