Centralized Review Management, Needs Easier Site Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to monitor reviews and respond to them with Yext. I like that I can update how my Google search page looks when I look up my business. It’s convenient that I don't have to log into Google Business or Yelp to manage things; I just log into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to update entities on my site - it's a lot of clicking to get there. It's too hard to find!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext streamlines all reviews into one place, making it easier to monitor and respond. It updates my Google search page without needing to log into multiple accounts.
Convenient but Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Yext incredibly convenient and straightforward to use. It’s a big time-saver for me as it updates all my listings at once, so I only have to enter the data once. I also appreciate that it allows multiple users within our organization to have different levels of access for updating our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have trouble getting a response from our sales support team in a timely manner. We have also had repeated support issues that have taken longer than acceptable to fix. The price is also high considering the lack of direct support we have received during the course of our relationship with Yext. The initial setup was a little difficult; there wasn't a lot of clarity/support on the process, especially with linking accounts and verifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage map listings for over 200 locations and handle Google reviews. It saves me time by updating all my listings at once and allows multiple users in our organization to have controlled access.
Streamlined Location Management with Yext
What do you like best about the product?
I find Yext really useful for managing location information and hours across over 150 pet care facilities. It makes managing everything centrally much easier, without the need to log into each listing separately for each location. I like its functionality and how it can do a lot of cool things. A specific feature I appreciate is its ability to consistently publish to so many listings sites quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometimes a little tricky/things aren't where you expect them to be, and sometimes various fields just don't update the way I would expect when we publish updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for managing location information & hours across 150 pet care facilities. It simplifies central management, avoiding logging into each listing individually. It quickly publishes to many listing sites.
Essential for Monitoring and Updating Listings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext to monitor all of our Map/Directory listings for our 150+ locations, and we consider it essential software. I appreciate that Yext allows us to standardize and keep track of our listings efficiently. What I like most is the speed; I can bring a new branch online within the same day. The Sync functionality is particularly valuable since it allows me to push corrections or updates within minutes. Within the Listings service, I have zero complaints as everything works great. Even though I wasn't there for the initial setup, I found it easy to learn using the original person's notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We test piloted a couple other Yext services but they ended up not being the right price or fit for us. Specifically, we thought the Reviews tracking service was expensive. We also weren't convinced that AI monitoring would have the appropriate level of human connection.

Yext is essential for standardizing and tracking our 150+ location listings. I appreciate its speed, allowing new branches online the same day, and the Sync feature for quick updates.
Solid Support and Industry Publisher Network, Needs Platform Modernization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Yext is one of the strongest and oldest vendors in the business, with a hospitality publisher network that rivals most competitors. It's also great to receive close support from our Customer Success Manager, managed services, and support team. The hotel-focused integrations ensure our properties' amenities, policies, and brand content are distributed accurately, reducing gaps between brand intent and guest experience. The support team knows our business model well, and we can tap into benchmarking data to understand industry trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the Yext platform and reporting technology could use modernization. When previewing other vendors, the user interface was often more advanced than Yext's platform and simplified the daily tasks of SEO Managers. We lean on Yext heavily for their support team and publisher network, but would really like to see an overhaul to the platform experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext manages accurate, brand-consistent hotel data across thousands of IHG properties, supporting local SEO and closing visibility gaps. It acts as a single source of truth, improving booking and loyalty outcomes by keeping attributes current at scale.
Great Service, Minor Cost Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Yext for its great customer service and excellent account management. The team is engaged with our account and understands our business needs, which makes a significant difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext can be costly compared to competitors, and the social features aren't very advanced.

Yext helps push our business information to partners and assists owners in understanding their local visibility.
Basic but Useful for Patron Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I find the 5-star rating system helpful for gauging feedback, and I appreciate the usefulness of the messages. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

I would like more responses outside of Google.

I use Yext for connecting to patrons. The 5-star rating and helpful messages provide benefits.
Powerful, Flexible Suite for Supporting Customer Locations at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
The power of the overall suite has allowed location-specific work to achieve greater success for our customers. The flexibility of our Pages instance, for example, allows us to be quite active at supporting the customer locations while also giving benefit to our Brands across the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's a fault of Yext per se, but our use case is not as conventional as many of the Yext clients as we don't own the locations we support with the platform. These are customer locations, 3rd parties, and this is more of a distributor model so we don't have access to things like Google Business Profiles to really take advantage of the full suite of services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have key consumer brands that we want to make the public aware of, but our customers are the point of purchase. We needed a way to elevate these brands in search alongside our customers as both a B2C activity but also as a B2B performance driver to build greater engagement with our network. The Yext Pages in particular have given us the capability to bring the local search authority of our customers along side the national brand authority we have to drive greater consumer access to these products and the point of sale.
User-Friendly Platform with a Helpful Support Team

Allowing our franchisees to have access to update their google listings. Helps eliminate that from our workload.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Yext helps manage all our social media platforms for #pedegoyorbalinda. It's easy to use and I only have to make updates once, and Yext updates them on all 55 platforms. The initial setup was very easy.
