User-Friendly with Effective Content Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate Yext's tools. I appreciate how the data is shown in different ways on the website, allowing for content and visuals. The initial setup was very easy as our Corporate team sent us instructions on how to access the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it is hard to navigate the headings on the left side of the site, as the titles don't always explain what type of data will be found. It requires a lot more 'digging' around to find what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage my business pages and ensure the content is accurate, which makes editing info about our business services, hours, and other necessary info for clients easy.
All-in-One Review Tracking with Smart AI Replies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track reviews and reply for all locations on one platform. it also provides great AI / Intelligence replies to modify to my liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations of business is a bit tricky when it comes to adding locations. The product performance takes some time to align with google's timeline as well for reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext solves the issue of having to visit each individual location page and put everything in one place. Saves me much time a great ROI.
Convenient All-In-One Platform with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the convenience that Yext offers. I find the insights and review management tools to be particularly valuable, making it easier to handle content and search engine management. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Yext helps streamline our management and response to client reviews. I like how quickly I am notified of a new review, and the accuracy is important as well. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatically highlighting urgent or high impact feedback could make it even faster to take action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext streamlines managing and responding to client reviews, and I'm quickly notified of new reviews. The accuracy of notifications is also important.
Effortless Local Listings & Review Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's great connectivity with partnerships with major listings, which makes it valuable for better optimization of local listings and review management. I find the listing management to be effective, and Yext solves connectivity issues quickly. The initial setup of Yext was very easy, making it a smooth experience to start using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Yext does not showcase actual revenue through API integrations to effectively demonstrate its value from a quantitative perspective. Currently, it just shows an up and down on listings views, which doesn't reflect the actual numbers for the company. Improving this could help higher-level executives see the true value of the listings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext provides better optimization for local listings, enhances review management, and offers clarity on effective paths. It quickly solves connectivity issues.
Good....but
What do you like best about the product?
The Yext platform does allow me to export the reports and information I'd like be able to easily see. My organization has 200+ locations and a central place to manage them is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of implementation was a challenge for us as is ongoing customer support as we feel our representative is non-responsive. We've had some challenges with the platform or questions after set up and our outreach has gone unanswered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily manage 200+ locations and maintain directory consistency. I also appreciate being able to monitor reviews and respond to them quickly and easily.

The support is sometimes slow and it isn't always easy to get direct answers when experiencing issues.

Helping us manage 1200+ directories with 1/2 of 1 employees time.
Time-Saver but Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Yext because it cuts down on time managing profiles across publishers, which saves a lot of time. Updating information on the platform is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some poor account reps; I've heard multiple things from multiple reps. It's led to a lot of frustrating time spent on the phone with publishers. Responding without multiple emails and being more knowledgeable could be improved. I think one time we went 3 months without hearing anything.

Yext cuts down on time managing profiles across publishers, saving a lot of time for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext keeps everything in one place and organized, making it easy to monitor my studio's reviews at work. The ease of use is particularly a highlight for me. With Yext, I never miss replying to a review and can see important metrics for my studio, like average reviews and stars. The initial setup was very easy too, which helped a lot.
