What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate Yext. With the sidebar on the left listing everything out, it's easy to get around. I also appreciate the statistics from reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find your Google Business Listing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to update my Google business listing and reviews, solving the barrier between customer and center by updating hours and responding to reviews in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Yext is intuitive and simple to use. The Hitchhikers platform is particularly valuable because it provides a wide range of instructions and info that has answered every how-to question I've had, making the platform very useful. The initial setup was pretty smooth with the help of Yext support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing Google listings directly isn't very simple. If I could do everything through Yext that I can do on Google's platform directly, that would make Yext even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for managing store listings and location pages, solving the problem of managing a large number of locations in a centralized place.

Effortless Management for Accurate Listings
What do you like best about the product?
I think Yext is really easy to use, and it's nice that it manages other vendors for me. I only have to manage one vendor, which is Yext, instead of worrying about Google, Apple, Waze, Bing, and Yelp individually. I just need to ensure the Yext information is correct from my end, and then I'm good. Yext saves me a lot of time by automatically updating all of my company's online listings and ensuring they have the correct information, like hours and days they're open, menu items, addresses, phone numbers, etc. It's like a centralized way to keep everything up-to-date, and that's really helpful. Whenever something is incorrect, I don't have to worry about contacting Google because Yext handles it on my behalf, thanks to their relationship with them, which is really valuable.

I use Yext to monitor reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms for AFC urgent care. I like that it allows me to look at all reviews at once without signing in and out of different accounts. The thing I like most about Yext is its ease of use and how reliable it is when posting responses to reviews.

I'm still trying to lock down the social media posting aspects of Yext, but I expect that to be resolved within the next few weeks as it is more widely adopted throughout the system.
