Yext have given us a massive boost in our organic search traffic

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is an excellent platform, very configurable and allows us to keep on top of our SEO with a very lean internal team. Customer success and account team are available and help us to make best use of the platform and the implementation partner we used to integrate with the platform (Dentsu) were excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as yet, I've found Yext to be a good partner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows us to manage our search listings from one central place, which means customers can see details about our menu, opening hours and info about our restaurants clearly in Google maps and other publishers. We were performing badly in local search, and migrating to Yext Pages has almost instantly given our organic traffic numbers a boost. The implementation process was very well managed, and our new restaurant pages are much more effective at driving customers to our main calls to action than before.

Insightful Yet Sometimes Sluggish

What do you like best about the product?
I like most about Yext the fact that it's easy to see and visualize things quickly. Within Yext, I use the reviews the most and value them because they give me insights into what patients see and appreciate the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things on Yext is that it is slow to reply at times on patient reviews. And sometimes they have a little delay in getting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to monitor clinic reviews, solving bottlenecks and patient complaints, and it provides visibility into things I normally wouldn't see.

Being able to bulk edit entities, especially during holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very robust and requires multiple team members to manage different aspects of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the support team answers really fast. Another thing that I like is all the possibilities you can have with Yext regarding my entitites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the fact that I need to use really often the support email because there are things that I probably do not know or features that are not available for my profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I am the only person that manages information of more than 1,000 entities across Latin America.

Great tool to manage listings for franchise businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Yext offers strong analytics reports that let us compare our listings’ growth over the years. I also like being able to build custom reports based on what we need. It’s easy to schedule listing updates and keep an eye on incoming reviews across all of our locations. Since we have 80+ offices, Yext helps us keep our Facebook, Google, and Yelp pages accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no option to create or manage LinkedIn Pages for different locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time by letting us update multiple listings across different locations in one place. It also helps us stay on top of any negative reviews as they come in, thanks to the review monitoring feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and I love that you can scheudle your posts and marketing in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload more than one picture or content at a time for a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to save time by scheduling the marketing posts ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager is super supportive and always ready to help. Whenever we request something he is very responsive and quick. The platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that can be upgraded, e.g. carousel format is not yet available, but in general we are happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay is helping us to monitor the social media posts from a compliance perspective and to distribute our content within the Social Ambassadors

What do you like best about the product?
Hearsay has always been helpful. Our account manager and other team members are always timely in their responses and available for communication. The program helps agents integrate social media into their businesses without having to go out of their way to plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been points that I wish Hearsay had a little bit more connection with outside social media platforms to be able to better assist their customers when they run into issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay helps be manage 100s of agents social media accounts across the county while not having to be in person with every person.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that so much can be done within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There often glitches, quirks, UX/UI improvements needed, and a lack our ideas and recomendations being implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing a great deal of risk and compliance issues, and the ability to email users directly via the platform is very handy.
