Good Tool, Needs More Responsive Employees

What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes it very easy for our business to stay organized with numerous location listings on Google. The label piece is especially helpful as we group different brands. The interface is also very simple to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to get support and we've gone through several reps. I wish they were more responsive without having to bring in our agency to get a response. Customer service also speaks to us like they would a developer and it can be difficult to follow if that isn't your role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to manage our google business listings and responses to reviews. This helps us interact better with our customers and ensure that we're crafting quality responses in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. Should be simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know enough about it and would like one on one training and a training guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I am hoping it will help me solve understanding the flow of things and when I should update information.

Poor training, poor customer service, poor user interface.

The ability to integrate all apps into one place for convenient updating.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext is very efficient and user-friendly. The tools and resources provided are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can probably improve support response That is pretty slow. When dealing with downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext automates processes and integrates different programs, helping me follow through with customers and clientele.

Very easy to use and update things as needed, customer service with any issues have been great as well.

There isnt much to dislike, it all seems helpful and straight forward and reaching out for help has always been great.

What do you like best about the product?
They are helpful, provide great communication, and are reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues I have ran into have been outside of their control and they send helpful steps to resolve.

Customer review feedback response and association. Streamlined company/individual webpages.

Yext makes responding easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext notifies me right away about a new review, and lets me go straight to it from my email with a quick link. I also like how we can set up our own auto responses, and even lets AI help us create the perfect answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any downsides. I suppose the time needed to link all of our accounts could be a down side, but that's really our own fault since there are so many places to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us respond to reviews quickly, and without having to search around for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been helpful to manage all our data for our businesses that go to GMB.
It has been great to go in there and make changes to office hours, or details in a group edit, instead of going into 90+ different accounts to update.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues with the verifying process on our GMB pages. It would be nice to be more straight-forward to ensure that we have the correct GMB page linked in Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going into 90+ community pages, I am able to make the edits quickly and see everything at a glance.
