Transparent Listings Management with Industry-Leading Publisher Reach

What do you like best about the product?
The Yext platform is transparent about what's it's doing for every user. I can see what platforms my data is reaching and where the gaps are that i need to fix. I love that it is constantly evolving and getting better as a product and as UX for it's users. I believe it's the best on the market for pages and listings as it has the biggest reach of publishers. Having first access to newer Google and Apple features is also a huge bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
The support you get through Yext is incredible, however, i have issues with the ticketing system. Although i appreciate it makes every issue streamlined for a quick response, the tickets can be hard to follow and easy to miss updates. It's unclear who is looped into the ticket so i don't know if i have to notify other people or if they are also in the ticket.

As someone who works across multiple clients, I have around 20 different log ins which i use. My dream is to have one central log in where i can access all my clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients being able to house their data in one place and reach hundreds of platforms. It's not something we can do as an agency or clients can do themselves.
Account managers pull together really detailed business reviews with comparative data from their other clients. This benefits me greatly as it showcases our relationships to clients

Site has alot of menu's/navigation, which can make it difficult to find the dashboard/data you're looking for.

It's easy to use, but we are forced to use it by the global HQ

It doesn't allow you to do specific things such as show showing opening hours as "by appointment only"

Effortless Bulk Updates Across UK & US Listings

What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of listings across the UK and US and I can keep them all in one place, update via bulk uploads and be confident that updates are made across all publishers with ease, reducing amount of time required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get errors that aren't very specific, but I figure them out eventually. I also wish there was a way to pull all our reviews from all review sites in without additional cost or difficult configuration

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of Yext. It's very easy to use and it's very easy to train new employees on using the tool. Another standout feature is the analytical elements, which provide great insights with just a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the main issue is having to take the information from the Yext platform and then move over to your business manager to challenge fake reviews. This just complicates the process. An all-in-one solution would be grand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to reply to customer reviews, analyze comments, and monitor behaviors, providing insights that help our team grow and improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Yext manages a high volume searches a month on our website, allowing customers to find answers to their questions easily without having to call or chat with us. This makes our website the first point of contact for customers seeking information. The Yext FAQs efficiently solve queries like 'How do I change my address?' or 'How do I dispute a transaction?' I also appreciate the branch locator functionality and its integration with Google, which enhances our visibility and makes our branches more searchable. The interface is user-friendly and it's easy to update information, which was a significant improvement over our previous solution. The initial setup of Yext was incredibly smooth, thanks to a dedicated account manager, development support, and the Hitchhikers guide, which made the process really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that could be a slight improvement on the search side is a more customizable dashboard for search. The reporting tools are quite tricky sometimes to pull out the information you want on specific searches. And the other thing I've seen on other tools that would be quite good is some form of clustering report, where you can cluster search terms based on topics and then see trends.

Helping customers find information and navigate topics smoothly. It centralizes branch info, making it easy to update and increases our visibility on Google

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for updating the prices on my company's store pages. It is easy to upload, updates everything in sync, and keeps logs of previous uploads.
