Well-Organized Backend and Effortless Scheduled Exports

What do you like best about the product?
I’m not a power user of YEXT, but I do like how assets and entries are organized in the backend, which makes it easy to search for and update entries. I mostly use it to export data for further analysis, and Yext makes that very easy by sending the exports to my email address on a schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my needs, there isn’t really anything I can point to that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve developed tools that use store opening hours as an input for forecasting systems, and with YEXT’s help I’m able to retrieve those opening hours to use with those systems.

Effortless Profile Management Across Multiple Locations

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make mass changes across all of our entities and all of our shops in a few quick clicks rather than going into each individual profile separately. It makes it really easy to change things like opening hours, look at reviews, and get a lot of stats and data all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the software and the way things are laid out on the knowledge graph could be a little bit better. Sometimes I find it a little bit difficult to navigate to where I need to on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage store profiles and reviews, easily change opening hours, and access stats all in one place. I like making mass updates across all shops quickly without editing each profile.

Effortless Store Management, But Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is reasonably priced and it's a very accessible platform and pretty easy to use. We didn't need a ton of training to get started quickly. We use it fairly sporadically, it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is a bit high, other than that it's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage store listings effectively across Google and other networks, making quick updates and removing listings easily, unlike Google My Business, which has store limits and is slower.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the monitoring review feature in Yext. It's easy to filter to see all locations or narrow it down, and it's straightforward to reply to reviews directly in Yext. It's user-friendly because it's all in one spot, and the filters make it easy to see and find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it problematic that Yext shows me all instructor bios across all IL locations instead of just our Chicago locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext consolidates management of multiple websites, streamlines monitoring of public reviews, and simplifies responding to them. It makes managing multiple locations straightforward with user-friendly features like filters, helping manage instructor bios and holiday hours across locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext to respond to customer reviews and it really helps with maintaining customer satisfaction. What I like most is that it is super easy to use. The Yext platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the AI assist for the reply option is wonderful. The initial setup was easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear menu and navigation. Real time search results and data is also really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't automatically clear where you can make changes to search results and manipulate answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re currently seeing some “no results” searches where there really shouldn’t be any. YEXT flags this as well and provides a way to push the appropriate results for those queries.

When they do webinairs it's not in European timezones. You need to get to know the platform before you can use it

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of information in Yext, as it makes it quick to update. I also appreciate the good support from the Yext team when I raise a ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ease of personalizing the platform needs more development work. I'd like to be able to go in and more easily change a font color, add an image, change the layout of the homepage, etc. Some of it feels restricted or too difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to surface internal processes, policies, how-to guides, FAQs, and training documents. The layout makes information easy to update, and there is good support from the Yext team.
