Efficient Mass Edits with User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
I find the easy-to-use UI/SaaS admin of Yext very beneficial. The ability to bulk edit fields is also very helpful for managing tasks efficiently. Additionally, Yext offers more robust content tagging and taxonomy capabilities, which is a big advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to find ways to remove manual edits and let AI suggested changes be applied at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for managing minor content updates at scale across lots of locations and adding good taxonomy to complex content types.

Yest is easy to use. It updates quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
NO complaints. I have not run into any issues using the platform.

I wish there was an option for yext to get negative reviews removed from platforms this integration would really be beneficial

Can be difficult to use at first, interface isn't particularly intuitive if you've not used similar systems before.

Hard to Navigate and Update Team Members—Especially for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I use it because it’s the platform required by XPO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I rarely use it because my business is so small. It’s been a challenge to update team members on the site with a photo, and I also find the overall navigation difficult.

I do think the dashboard feels a little old fashioned and to read the whole review before clicking into it is hard as it fits a small box
