Streamlined Review Management, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext makes it easy to reply to reviews from different social platforms like Google Business, BBB, and Yelp. The AI software is great at reviewing the verbiage from the initial participant and crafting a dynamic response while also informing us where the review originated and who it is from. I really enjoy the generation feature, where I can generate a link to direct customers or participants to provide feedback. It creates a QR code and provides an easy link to copy and paste into other platforms. The initial setup of Yext was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Generation feature was more eye-catching and user-friendly. Right now, the links and QR codes are generated into an Excel sheet that I have to then take an extra step and download onto the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I appreciate that Yext helps me easily respond to reviewers for my business account. I like the simple platform and the quick ability to see what's there and what needs to be responded to. I mainly use the response to reviews feature.

I don't like the limited capabilities to connect to other platforms and message with users from one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how hands-on the Yext team is, and they are very communicative, especially about our needs. Using Yext for listing management helps us keep all listings up to date by editing in one place, which increases our efficiency. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more reporting, but think that will help with scout. More detailed reporting and better visuals.

Exceptional User Experience with Powerful Data Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very easy to use and the implementation has always been a smooth process. Our reps have always been wonderful throughout the processes and random issues. Communication is great with our rep, Kim! We use yext daily for dashboard reporting, updating listings, keeping them consistent, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo issues sometimes is difficult but beyond that nothing.

Yext: The Ultimate Solution for Accurate and Effortless Business Listings
What do you like best about the product?
Yext was a lifesaver for the wild Wild West of online business listings. I was so tired of having customer service issues because a website I had never heard of had the wrong hours of operation, an out of date menu, a bad phone number or a special we were not offering. Yext gave our listings a source of truth- a bible so so speak and was able to have all of our listings up to date at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the listings still required some updates which was annoying, I wish it could have gotten 100 percent integration. Cost also added up as our business had lots of separate listings - similar to a mall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cut down on customer service issues - with out of date content floating around the web.
Solid Experience with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Yext streamlines the process of updating information across various listings, making it both easy and efficient. It helps us keep our contact details and business highlights accurate for potential customers, and this also supports our SEO efforts. Available reports make it easy to determine areas for opportunity. I use Yext on a daily basis and find it quite user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process took longer than I anticipated, and I would have appreciated more communication throughout. While customer support is responsive and generally helpful, they sometimes struggle to fully grasp my needs or provide solutions as quickly as I hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has helped us reclaim valuable time in our daily workflow. Previously, we had to update information such as office hours and amenities across five to seven different locations, but now we only need to manage about three. The new GEO tool, Scout, is also proving useful by helping us figure out how to continue reaching prospects effectively in the age of AI.

What I dislike about Yext is that some updates and fixes can be slow and require manual follow‑ups via support tickets. Troubleshooting integrations often involves clarifying responsibility boundaries, which can make resolution longer in complex setups.

Yext solves the problem of managing store data, listings, and customer reviews consistently at scale across multiple platforms and markets. This benefits us by reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and enabling faster, more controlled responses to customer feedback—especially through centralized and AI‑supported review management.
Effortless Social Media Planning for Weeks and Months Ahead
What do you like best about the product?
You can plan out as many posts for social media as you want. You can plan for the week, the month, and going into future months.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too much times to get the posts approved. Even if you submit them the day before you would like them posted, sometimes they do not get approved and your post expires and it becomes frustrating to have to try and get your posts to publish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is for work, so I can post several items in one day and not have to worry about needing to post on social media every day or every other day to maintain our presence online.
Great Multi-Location Monitoring, But Listing Updates Can Be Tricky

Ability to monitor multiple locations within a single platform. Customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to make changes to listings at times. I don't use it a frequently as I would like.
