What do you like best about the product?
I use Cyble for protection against cyber threats originating from the Dark Web and Brand Abuse. I find it a comprehensive tool with a lot of features in one UI. The in-house takedown capability helps us address problems in real time. Additionally, it was easy to set up, taking just a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the support could be better. The in-country support team is thin and needs to be expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cyble for protection against cyber threats from the Dark Web and brand abuse. It helps maintain brand value by eliminating fake campaigns and allows real-time problem-solving with its in-house takedown capability.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Cyble for monitoring our dark web exposure and protecting us from fake campaigns and impersonations. I appreciate the speed of discovery and takedowns, which is particularly effective for us. Having local support is also valuable to me. The setup was very easy, and we were able to go live in just one day.

The application has the potential to automate and autopilot a lot of the threat intelligence and security operations' manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyble has the capability that many of us in the industry are lacking. The product suite has the capability of providing layers of protection from external perimeter to internal perimeter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cyble needs to do more on their marketing so that more people know about their products capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble gives information around external perimeter and what it looks like from adversaries' perspective. When the weakness is expose, we should be able to do all the necessary to protect ourselves and warn our users.

There isn't much to highlight except for the detailed portal, which the team is currently working on.

The only downside so far has been occasional false positives in the alerts, which means a bit of extra effort and caution to validate certain findings.

Cyble helps our team identify exposed assets, leaked data, and brand impersonation early, so these issues can be contained and addressed before they become incidents. It also reduces the manual effort needed to track the dark web and external attack surface, freeing up time for higher‑value security and compliance work.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyble provides high-fidelity, real-time threat intelligence with extensive surface, deep and dark web coverage, enabling early detection of data leaks, credential exposure and emerging threat actor activity. The most valuable aspects is the context-rich, actionable insights that significantly reduce analyzing and investigation time. Key upsides include accurate alerting, low false positives, intuitive dashboards & strong support for proactive risk mitigation and security operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features can take time to fully understand, especially for new users. A few sections of the dashboard could be simpler, with clearer guidance & easier customization. However, there are small drawbacks that don't affect the overall effectiveness of the platform.

Cyble is solving the challenge of fragmented and noisy external threat data by providing a unified, contextual view of an organization's digital risk exposure which has helped us identify real threats earlier, reduce manual analysis and make faster, more confident security & risk decisions.
