I love that Cyble is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and implement solutions for our customers. I greatly appreciate how Cyble simplifies monitoring malicious activities and threats, as it effectively alerts us to potential risks and provides recommendations to mitigate them. I love the ease of establishing monitoring with Cyble using keywords, which allows it to oversee the entire internet, making it straightforward for us to identify any ongoing or potential malicious events. I also find checking the background of other threat actors enjoyable and beneficial, as it enhances our proactive security measures and enables us to better protect against potential attacks. Furthermore, the integration capabilities of Cyble with other solutions like Splunk, CrowdStrike, and Vectra enhance our security infrastructure, making our operations more efficient.

I dislike the Cyble team's slow response times when we need support, especially in urgent matters.

Cyble's seamless integrations with SIEM and SOAR systems greatly enhance my ability to manage and take action on gathered data effectively. The customer service provided is commendable, ensuring that any issues or queries are addressed promptly. I also find Cyble's flexible SKU or product solution module highly advantageous, which was a key motivator in our decision to switch from our previous provider, Recorded Future. The offer of unlimited takedowns for phishing sites is particularly beneficial and sets Cyble apart. The setup process is incredibly straightforward, allowing us to deploy quickly as long as all prerequisites are met. Overall, Cyble's combination of robust threat intelligence capabilities and seamless operational integration has simplified our approach to brand protection and threat management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Cyble offered more customization options in their dashboard and reporting. While the platform provides many good out-of-the-box dashboards and reports, it would be beneficial to have the capability to create personalized dashboards. This customization would help make the data more easily understandable for executives, showcasing the value of the solution effectively. Additionally, the ability to create custom widgets for detailing all the data gathered by Cyble would enhance its use.

I use Cyble to identify and mitigate threats by monitoring online platforms for data leaks and impersonations, supporting seamless operations with SIEM and SOAR integrations, offering accurate threat detection, and benefiting from unlimited phishing site takedowns.

Additionally, it includes a 'Raising Ticket' feature that enables me to share my concerns and quickly access customer support.

One of my main concerns is the slow response time whenever I raise a ticket.

To tackle the challenges posed by limited visibility into potential data exposure and the unauthorized use of the client's organizational credibility and information security, it is important to recognize that these issues significantly increase the risk of direct cyber attacks or indirect consequences resulting from the misuse of the organization.

I have been using Cyble for nearly two years as our Threat Intel solution, especially for Managed SOC Services. I really like Cyble's Threat Intel Monitoring and Brand Protection capabilities. The threat intel monitoring is exceptional in providing early warning insights whenever there is compromised information, such as credentials or any planned attacks. This preemptive insight is crucial for staying one step ahead of potential threats. Additionally, the brand monitoring feature effectively identifies fraudulent domains and impersonation campaigns, which is vital for protecting our client's brand reputation from damage. The ease of use and cost-effectiveness of Cyble played a significant role in prompting our switch from Recorded Future. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the onboarding process was easy to configure, which made the transition smooth for our team.
