There are no downsides, It helps to create additional time in your schedule for your time allocation dedicated to presentations training and information sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create content to meet safety requirements and business training. In addition to creative solutions, the translation to multiple languages serves us as a global company.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is an impressive AI video creation tool. Its intuitive interface and diverse customization options allow users to generate professional-quality videos quickly and easily. The Synthesia Academy is very useful, and I have used it several times to find tips on video creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of add-ons; it’s rather like an Apple iPhone shopping cart upgrade. You add this and that, and before you know it, the cost of use can increase significantly. However, when comparing other AI creation tools, the basic offerings and costs are not too bad overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves the problem of time-consuming and costly video production by offering an intuitive AI tool that creates professional-quality videos quickly. Its diverse customization options and helpful Synthesia Academy resources make video creation accessible and efficient, benefiting users by saving time and reducing production costs.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool that stands out for its ease of use, making it accessible even to those without prior video production experience. The quality of the AI-generated avatars and text-to-speech capabilities is highly realistic and professional. It significantly reduces the time and cost associated with traditional video production. Additionally, Synthesia supports multiple languages and offers a variety of avatars, making it versatile for global audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
limitations in avatar customization and the lack of support for popular Indian regional languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not everyone has the technical skills needed for video production. Synthesia’s intuitive interface makes it accessible to users without prior experience, democratizing video creation.
Easy and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
It simple - its really like setting up a Powerpoint presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more gestures in avatars.

Makijg it super simple to post-edit, without the hasle of need to record again with real people.
Great tool to accelerate video content creation.
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create 20 training videos in a small fraction of the time it would have normally taken.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the tone of the voice "just right" in the text audio output, takes some finessing. I learned to tweak punctuation, and phrasing to get the exact tonality I expected.

It made it possible to create valuable training content in a fraction of the time, and budget, it would have normally taken.
Going From Great to Greater - Fast!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is very easy to use and the Expressive Avatars are getting even better very quickly. Better lip-sync, conversational avatar scenes, and more flexible personal avatars are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still hoping for granular control of body gestures and voice inflections. Having some ability to edit/tweak videos (HeyGen) would be helpful to clean up little glitches or to add fades at the beginning or end of a video would help avoid the need to use a second program. More step by step printed instructions would be good. The video "how-to's" aren't much help when you're stuck trying to figure something out. Fortunately Synthesia is pretty intuitive for most things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating the hardware hassle of videography, and the frustration of numerous "takes" for even simple videos.

Creating quality training videos is easy to do. There are lots of features that allow the user to be creative and it is super easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure that I can name any downsides to Synthesia. We are really enjoying creating training videos and have received very positive feedback from our employees.

Synthesia is allowing us to create engaging training videos that we are able to send out to our employees. They are able to view the videos from the convenience of their computer, tablet, or smartphone.
The most realistic AI Avatar ever
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Synthesia is its lip sync in all languages, and the ease of its interface. I'm using it in Arabic, French, and English, and it's doing a perfect job in all these languages. Also, its support is very kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have the possibility to change the tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an avatar to represent our brand, and we found the perfect one: aged, looking good, and most importantly, it looks very real.
A powerful and easy to use AI-tool for creating training video's
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is an innovative tool I use for creating training videos, and it has been a game changer in video production. Its AI-driven platform allows for the creation of professional-quality videos without the extensive resources or expertise sometimes needed in video editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of their plans. I work as part of a small team, and subscribing to the Enterprise product is cost prohibitive for a small team. I wish there was a "Team" plan available that would give you all of the Enterprise features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly generate custom content has been particularly useful for delivering consistent, high-quality training materials.
I have been quite impressed by the software.
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia adds a dynamic approach and makes my training videos much more interesting. They have good templates and I dont have to work so hard to produce my courses. I combine this with AI for narritive and it works really well. Is easy to implement and get started. Also you dont need much training its all pretty intuitive. I have used the support a few times and the support function is fantastic if you have a probelm.They are really on the ball. I will use this tool going forward with increasing frequency as its so easy to integrate and convert my existing slide shows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choices of voices on the Avatars .If you look you can get some really good ones but some of them sound synthesised and talk too fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves my problem of needing to deliver high quality presentation and video training. The workflow is good.
