Great tool for generating content
What do you like best about the product?
I like Synthesia most for its user-friendly interface that simplifies the creation of new videos. The availability of diverse avatars and the quality of synthesized voices enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the multilingual options significantly broaden the potential audience for each video, making it an invaluable tool for global communication.
Also it's nice that I can easily find answers to most of my questions in their kdb.

Synthesia, allows us to create product announcemnts, website tutorials and adverts in one simple to use place. With useful templates creating material is easy

Quick implementation and creation of content in one place, allows us to create multiple adverts in one go
The process to your own AI avatar and your own voice takes surprisingly little time.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, self-explanatory. From registering to the first AI avatar with your own voice, it only takes a few minutes to hours. A quick inquiry with support was resolved within minutes. Having just started, I am now continuously experimenting with Synthesia and using it almost permanently. Compliments to the developers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, it is not yet possible to integrate external voices, but it is very easy to implement your own voice as a voice within Synthesia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often face the challenge of transferring content into audio and video. Synthesia will significantly help us with the workflows here.
Synthesia is efficient and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has many options.I can create videos in different ways, such as using a template or uploading a PowerPoint. The interface is intutitive. There is no learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only offers 10-minute videos for the starter plan and 30 minutes for the creator plan. I wish it offers more minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can convert the existing contents into vivid lectures and presentations. I used to make videos in the conventional way. It is time-consuming and expensive. Synthesia is much more cost-effective.
Tremendous Capability for our Charity!
What do you like best about the product?
Our charity helps the special needs community. A key service this community needs is information on all the different services that are available to them. Synthesia provides clear, high-impact, information-rich videos that delivers this informaiton. Synthesia also makes higher quality videos in less time than I can make. It is easier which makes it a time saver. The support responsiveness has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The avatars do have limitations and are still a bit robotic. It would be nice if we could have them pointing, moving their arms more, and making gestures that emphasize talking points.

Synthesia is heloing us to provide key information to the Northenr Virginia Special Needs community.
Awesome Service & Product
What do you like best about the product?
Having to deal with a team a world away especially with regards to service, then receiving assistance within a few minutes without any issues from Liliana and Zack. This is what make this company great. I always use Synthesia.io for all my video presentations as it is an easy way for my to create my videos. I also use it quite often as i am not willing to do all the videos myself with my south African accent.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us as South Africans with the excange rate, it remains a bit pricey but well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for me to speak in a weird South African English language. I also use it to target specific markets with the avatars as South Africa is still Race sensitive due to our history. Now it seems like someone from my clients own race is informing them on the videos.

An Incredibly Intuitive and Powerful AI Video Creation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has transformed the way I create video content, making it fast, efficient, and accessible even for someone with no technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Synthesia is fantastic, I wish there were more avatar options and gestures to choose from. Occasionally, the voice synthesis can sound slightly robotic, but it’s still impressive overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves the problem of time-consuming and costly video production. It eliminates the need for cameras, actors, and complex editing software, allowing me to create high-quality videos quickly. This has significantly improved our ability to communicate effectively with global teams and customers in multiple languages.

being able to create AI avatar marketing content and not have to be on camera unless i want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a small business so the enterprise plan was quite the investment for us, but I plan on using it often so should I should get a good ROI

I wasn't able to personally create as much content as I like to. Synthesia allows me to create much more content using my AI avatar simply based on promts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the avatars and the realism on some of them as they bring the words to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not alot of functions to work in here. I have to use other programs to help build my ideas.

Synthesia provides support for text-to-speech videos, and the avatars help enhance the videos.
