Simply and Easy to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to queue animations based on words the narrator speaks, it allows for a more intuitive flow of work. There are planty of templates and video assets from sports to technical pictches for product demos and servicess, a few touches and your all set to blow your audiance. Excellent customer support for when you need assitance,
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of embeded video and image editors, i had to levarage other tools like canva for more anhanced and advanced motions, camera movements ect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to involve your teamates for collaboration and support. Sometimes i struggle to if how i can patch things up, but with synthesia i dont have to generate and sent the video to my fellow coluege but instead i can just invite them live to joing for more impactfull framstorming.

It has a great variety of avatars to select from, easy to use video templates for presentation and video creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing... it's a bit expensive for limited amount of time on video creation

I can create training videos with my avatar, without needing to film/record myself

Its not solving problems, but it is creating very professional videos that I can use to promote my business.

Synthesia is super easy to use, even if you have no experience with video editing! It makes creating videos quick and hassle-free.

I just wish there were more features and a bigger selection of video clips to choose from. It feels a bit limited at times.

Synthesia saves me time by making pro-looking videos fast, no editing skills needed. Just wish there were more features and video clips to choose from.
Fantastic for Training Videos!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make training videos with a single prompt is incredibly useful! Our business is wanting to expand our training to international teams with the same person being the "face" of training, so the custom AI avatar with voice translations is an absolute win!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if this could be used as an authoring tool to really enhance training videos, with gamification questions and tools. To have this embedded in one place with the ability to translate the content all with the click of a button would solve so many issues we face. Exporting these as SCORM and adding them to our LMS would be a breeze!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't currently have any training videos, where this enables us to create countless with so much ease. We're looking to upgrade to enterprise to really reap all the rewards!

I can't download a PPT or PDF from the video.

My content is not as text heavy as it used to be.
Based on my initial experience, proven to be an excellent tool for streamlining the sales process.

I really like its structure and how easy it is to edit and rearrange content. The stock libraries are excellent, it’s simple to get up and running, and the customer support has been solid.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've occasionally found it cumbersome to move objects around on slide pages. I was also initially confused about how video minutes are allocated—I wasn’t aware that three free generations were included. I also don't love the fact that if you want to adjust one small thing in a video that's already generated, you have to go back, edit it, then generate it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making marketing content much easier to pump out at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using it for over a quarter now and the experience has been great. The tool is fairly simple and ease to use, not much of a learning curve needed. Our video turn around times from script to final output has drastically increased after we've starting using synthesia and our dependency on product folks for creating technical videos and demos also has greatly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indian faces and voices are fewer when compared to others but this is not a deal breaker.

Creating product demo videos using AI Avatars instead of relying on product teams to do a screen recorded videos. Using synthesia has reduced our dependency, increased turn around time on videos and we are able to scale at a faster pace.

It never made my custom avatar. And I didn't like that I couldn't use your avatars for promotional materials.
