Amazing quality for our educational content
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the generated videos is amazing. Great enough that we use them for our educational content for influencers at Contester. The emotional avatars that are added recently are surprisingly good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly subscription doesn't stack up the minutes for next month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Synthesia to generate real looking educational content. Otherwise we had to hire a person and shoot videos. Apart from that, we are operating in many countries and this allows us to streamline the localization. Although we haven't used that feature yet we are looking forward to use it.

Cost of video production is prohibitive, this is a great alternative

Use of Avatars to eliminate filming.
My favorite tool for creating presentations, and also in multiple languages.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of creating perfect presentation videos in multiple languages from a simple text. I use it frequently and the user support is spectacular. I love the simplicity of being able to integrate external elements into the video such as images, PowerPoint presentations, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to trim the video once generated and remove the dead time at the end, after the audio finishes. I would like to be able to remove the pauses that occur in the transitions between different parts of the video. I would like to be able to do dubbing directly from my video generated in Synthesia, without having to download and re-upload it. Having the texts that generate the audio of the original video would avoid errors in audio interpretation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only inconvenience I've had is that sometimes it takes a while to create a video, but I assume it's due to server overload, nothing to worry about.
Creating positive impact with Synthesia!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is incredibly user friendly, I love that I can translate content at the click of a button and the team are INCREDIBLY helpful! I like to think I am creative, but with little training or education, Synthesia helps me feel like I am a master and delivering good work to support my people!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Synthesia is how addicted I have become to it being my go-to tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating instructional videos that have greater positive impact than written SOPs. Communicating to our teams in a far more pleasant manner. People are interested to see new videos come out and therefore engaged with learning something new.

The quality of Synthesia's videos is on another level. It really is a huge saving to have a solution like this, because otherwise, production costs would be very high.

At first, my videos were rejected because they have high standards to protect the reputation of their actors, who are real people. Once I understood what I could and couldn't do, everything flowed smoothly.

The need to include realistic characters in my eLearning courses for lessons and scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can use most types of documents to easily creat a draft story for Videos. Afterwards you can use the tools to adjust the way you like.

The way that sometimes the voice in Brazilian Portuguese becomes robotic, and neither using ennhance text with IA turns the voice more natural.

Syntheshia is helping me to creat a Hub of training videos for Offshore Technicians.
Amazing Video Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia integrates all the tools that I need to develop corporate videos easily, before I used to need at least 3 other tools (AI narrator, image/video stock, and video editing), but now I can do all of that directly on Synthesia, which increases a lot the productivity.
Besides the editing mode of Synthesia is very intuitive and easy to learn and use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point I found was that the Translation option is only available in Enterprise mode, I would love it if you had a premium version for smaller teams with the Enterprise functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia helps me generate corporate videos faster and cheaper. The process used to be long, because of conflicts of schedule with the recording team and the people involved in the content, now I can do it easily with AI, optimizing everybody's time.
