Efficient, flexible, and versatile.
What do you like best about the product?
Avatars and the voices and how one "can" appropriately shape the sentence flow with text, punctuation, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Partly the mouth is too big, my own digital avatar "depressed" me a bit ;), the graphic functions/layers/animations are somewhat limited, but probably completely sufficient and therefore clear. We have a paid Basic version, but I thought I could get the translation almost at the push of a button, I misunderstood that. I would have liked to pay for Synthesia monthly and be able to cancel monthly, it also seemed like that with the price-feature/scale, but then it wasn't :(

I would like to pay for Synatheasi monthly and also cancel monthly...
Awesome product .. I use it a ton!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I could create a personal avatar and darn if it doesn't look and sound like me! Product is very easy to use and quick to process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I am happy with it all!

I use it as a marketing tool and to outline features on my community.
Easy and effective way to create videos!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use! Although there are a few minor imperfections, there are many ways to create exactly what you want! We are having so much fun using Synthesia daily to create promotional videos for our small private, online school! Customer Service has been amazing, quickly answering any emails and questions we have had!
What do you dislike about the product?
On our plan, we have some limited features, but still feel they are acceptable for our application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Synthesia, we had no way to easily create informational videos for our school's families. Now, using Synthesia, we are able to quickly create high quality videos that can be sent out!
Been using for a month now and results are incredible
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to transform an idea (or text) into a video. I have tested other platforms and Synthesia is by far the easiest one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to create different avatars (some of them with a non-natural look i.e. a robot, or a dog). Seems that it is not possible at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote education portal to teach our internal staff. Hiring a third party is very expensive and Synthesia is transforming our boring ppt content into real-like videos, increasing the engagement of our audience and retention of the content.

The ease of use for beginners, the number of features available and the ease of implementation / translation capabilities.

Limited functionality across scale, and the inability to bulk upload.

Saves a lot of time and cost on high-quality video production.

The ease of use and the versalitity of usage (training, translation of HR policies, video proposals, etcetera). I am even proving training to customers now.
