What do you like best about the product?
I use Synthesia to create engaging presentation videos, and I love how it helps me create presentations quickly without needing advanced video editing or recording setups. It's fast and easy to create professional-looking presentations with Synthesia. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, which makes the process even more enjoyable. The initial setup was very easy, making it accessible for my team, with around 10 people using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more customization options, and a ruler tool for more precise layout control. It would be helpful to have more control over layouts like precise positioning and spacing. Improving ruler visibility and adding snapping or grid options would make it easier to create more polished designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia to create engaging presentation videos quickly, without needing advanced setups. It's fast, easy, and intuitive, helping me craft professional-looking presentations effortlessly.
Effortless Video Creation with Realistic Avatars
What do you like best about the product?
I use Synthesia for generating training video materials for my sales and office team, and it's very helpful to share new updates through Synthesia videos. It solves the time-consuming problem we used to have when making such videos. The ability to edit the same video and change avatars makes it very flexible to update and adjust for new information. I really like the avatars and how real they are in the way they move and talk. The natural voices and body language are an unbelievable way to deliver real interaction with the audience, even though they are all virtual avatars. I love the options available that make it easy to create videos. It provides easy access to many avatars, scenes, and voices, allowing us to share videos super easily and edit them any time. The initial setup was super easy, just needed a script, light subscription, choosing a template and avatar, voice, speed, and generate, that's it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More simplified templates could help, sometimes the voice breaks don't work so well, and reading the script by the app sometimes misses a few letters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia for training videos, solving time consumption by editing and updating easily with avatars.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Synthesia makes creating videos easier with specific options. I really appreciate the AI avatar feature because it makes the video more interactive, and I can update the face and body, which is particularly useful for corporate settings where speaking out isn't always possible. This feature is the main one I enjoy because it lets me make videos more engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to work on transitions and AI avatars. More avatars would be better and more customizations would make it more user-friendly. Adding more effects, transitions, and an AI Copilot would improve the experience. Also, the initial setup could be more user-friendly because sometimes it collapses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia helps me create corporate videos from PPTs, making them more understandable and user-friendly with interactivity, solving the problem of unreadable presentations.

the generation of videos takes a long time. Personal Avatar creation needs to be comprehensively detailed, so users understand how to create the best avatar of themselves. Pricing is missing a Tier between Creator and Enterprise

What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto narration feature in Synthesia because it can really help deliver the scripts that I write a lot more professionally than I could on my own. The professional-looking avatars also enhance the experience by making it more appealing to users. Additionally, setting up Synthesia was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it would be great to have more variety of avatars. Customizable avatars, and angles and perspectives for cameras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia to explain the rules in a cohesive and fun manner for game tutorials.
Easy Script-to-Video Creation with Fast, Streamlined AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating new videos from a pre-existing script is something I never thought I’d be able to do. The pricing feels reasonable for the amount of content you can produce in such a short period of time. The AI features also help streamline the overall content-creation process, making it faster and more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, a change to how their AI generator works has made it less efficient than the previous version. I now find myself repeatedly going back to the legacy creator to make my content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create videos for e-learning courses, and I need a way to produce and update them quickly without having to reshoot an entire video. With Synthesia, I can edit and revise my videos as easily as I would a Word document. I also need to translate my videos into several languages, and Synthesia makes that possible in just a couple of clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to edit the segments in Synthesia, so I can go into a particular scene and change avatars or the script. Then I can generate it again, and it's all very, very quick. I love how Synthesia's brand templates save me a ton of time, as I don't have to format my video to match what the client wants to see. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the tutorials on the site, which helped me get up and running in fifteen to twenty minutes. Overall, I've been really happy with how much time Synthesia saves me.

Synthesia saves me a ton of time by using brand templates to match client preferences and makes editing easy and quick with options to change avatars and scripts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI features that allow clothing to be branded in the company's brand, making videos look more polished and human-like. The ability to create b-roll style video in seconds with the AI generators is amazing, and having the option to customize the look and feel is a big plus. Creating branded videos based on the content I need in minutes instead of days and hours is a huge time saver. The initial setup of Synthesia was super easy with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely think options are limited within the plans until you get to enterprise level. Not being able to upload the SCORM file for interactive content is a bummer. My company doesn't have a need for an enterprise level account being that I am the sole person responsible for training here.

With Synthesia, I create branded videos quickly, saving time. The AI features enhance video professionalism, allowing branded attire for a polished look and quick b-roll creation.
Efficient Video Generation with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Synthesia is easy to have scenes generated with the AI assistance. I see that new features get added frequently, and while I've just started using it and am in the exploring phase, I appreciate this ongoing development. The avatars are great, especially for internal and external business services, although there's potential for improvement in avatar interaction for a more collaborative conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have come across situations where the chosen avatar has challenges with pronouncing certain words. The challenge is when I correct or update the word or words and still the avatar mispronounces. But either refreshing the web page or getting out and back into the video editing appears to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia to generate videos categorized as micro learnings, which are shared with relevant people both within and outside the company.
Polished Videos Made Easy, Avatars Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Synthesia for making polished videos and reducing the time I spend on editing. I like the screen record feature, which allows me to create different scenes automatically during the recording. I also like the animation effects and the AI voices, which I find sound realistic. It's great to now be able to show the product and then show what would have been traditional Google Slides all in one place, without having to use another tool like Loom for voiceovers. The setup was really easy and for things that are customer-facing, I choose Synthesia because of its polished output.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the avatars. I don't use the avatars in any of my videos. I think they're actually distracting towards the viewer's experience because people just aren't comfortable with AI avatars yet, it weirds them out, and it's distracting.

Synthesia helps me create polished videos and reduces the time I spend editing.
