In a word - Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The API is great, simple to use and implement. Has been flawless in production, love it!

In the early days of use, new content was slow to approve, but given what the service does, this is understandable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to make news content and compete with organisations that can afford news presenters and studios. It helped me level the playing field
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm a developer by profession so it has been easy to integrate into my use case. It can work as a manual task but I have never tried it. Mine is completely automated.

Create video in any language I want. It's simple and easy.

I dislike when I Have to resize the image. It's complicated.

I have customer in many countries. So it's easy to inform them about our product

You can do an amazing work without need to pay an expert to do it.
Really easy to use and very diverse
What do you like best about the product?
I love the diversity of AI robots, some of them are better than others, but overall they are all quite good considering they are robots! The templates are also great to start from !
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of slides can make it sometimes challenging to squeeze all the content into one video but there's always the option of creating it under a new video

We're creating videos that are visually appealing and that can be easily edited at any point vs. having it done with real humans

It's incredible that now, I don't need announcers anymore, in my professional magazine, with Synthesia we now have a professional team effort. I am happy!

nothing everything is very good, and we have no complaints with the product offered by synthesia

contracts with real people, now thanks to their characters we can use them with great pleasure and make our articles better

Very easy system to create videos and to upload to our online portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit after publishing for captions etc. Some of the avatars feel very automated and they don't quite match the look we want in terms of dress style.

Don't have to pay for video production crew and actors.

Templates, easy to use, voices and automatic script in video option.

Sometimes the render time it´s very long and there is a lack of hispanic faces.

Synthesia solve a lot of challenges in video production because the platform it´s very powerfull. With Synthesia we produce in a easy way, video content materials.

The expression generated on the avatar face should look more genuine and you guys should some how manage to add the way to add emotions while narrating. I hope you get the idea

Sometimes the speech doesn't align with avatar movements. Also there is a vague lifelessness... but I expect that to improve with new releases

My internet connection, sometimes. The solution can be improved, though.

Multilingual content read by various avatars for educational purposes by an avatar and not by me. Less time involved, less error prone.
