Great tool, very user friendly and the final output is amazing

The ease of use and the great final results in quick time (added to the fun) make this a very unique product

I like most things, but you should be able to buy more credits every month, having to wait to the next month is a pain

I like the flexibilty in avatars and backgrounds
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that I would like to have more voices of the same type. For example 3 warm voices in the same accent. Sometimes two voices have the same type but are completely different and might even sound robotic. I think that the voices are the biggest barrier at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have encountered 2 different difficulties. One was technical, where I accidentally included captions and I got instant assistance in fixing that. The other one deals with the name of the receipt. For that one, I still didn't get answers about.

Synthesia continues to improve and I'm really enjoying the new personalised avatars. It is by far, still the best product in Market...well done !!

The AI script creator still needs improving but this is the same for all platforms.

Enables me to converse with a large audience in a professional and personal way.
Best AI application I have tried. It's worth subscribing, economical and high quality.

I like everything, the languages and avatars are perfect, the price is affordable for freelancers, and the video conversion time is very short. It has no current competitor. It is the reference application.

I like everything, but they should put the instructions in other languages and the entire interface, there are people who do not master English.

This application is amazing the avatars are very handy and helpful, this saved a lot of time

The only part maybe just a bit dislike if the time takes to create the avatar, it could be faster ?

Latency is sometimes long. Would like to see the ability to adjust the ducking feature for music & multi videos on one slide
