The game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia brings a game-changing approach to the conversion of script-to-voice & video. Its prowess in ensuring equity (avatars & languages) in video instructions makes a big difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish regular shortcuts could work in the Synthesia studio. Not having features for creating interactive videos is also a minus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time in generating voice overs and videos.

one thing that may not appeal to some users is that it does not offer the ability to create virtual avatars in a easy way
another thing is the italian's voices are terrible, they are fake and metallic do not convey empathy

i have a tik tok channel that uses synthesia avatars to broadcast positive messages and questions every day to improve people's lives.

Exciting, amazing, and quality of product fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
It had a short learning curve, and I was able to create a superb video in no time. I impressed everyone in the office. I even got great praise from my supervisor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought it might be able to edit after it has been rendered. The software was disappointing but was made up by the fantastic quality and cutting-edge technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to be adding and upgrading all the time. Any upgrade is greatly appreciated. I will definitely spread the word about Synthesia to many people.
Good product but weird pricing model
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy. Not all the voices sound natural, but there is one mens voice and one womens voice that sounds very human.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is weird. Supposedly, once you use up a certain amount of time, you can't make any more videos. That makes the product infeasible for larger projects. They should consider pricing by volume of video, not by month.

What do you like best about the product?
The Quality of the AI voices is so much better than what I expected. Also really excited about how the gestures will develop over time. Do you have a roadmap of how these characters will evolve. Also tried to create my own avatar but need to do it again. What a great idea...
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a minor point but dont understand why it is not possible to edit an existing video? Or have I missed something. I am now duplicating videos purely so I can edit a avatar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Learning Videos ; The issue in the past was spending time to set up timing for System recordings using Auto generated text using low-quality speech to text then recording the narration myself. The quality of the avatar and audio means I can focus my time on other elements of the production I dont need to record the audio myself.
Amazing help - super intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to use, also without being a professional video director you can make great videos in a view minutes. I would have never thought that something like that would be possible nowadays already! And everyone that sees it is amazed by it as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find the perfect character yet for us. the onces I would have liked somehow did not have the perfect mimic yet. I like that the characters are very international, but somehow they are either too professional looking for us our too leisure. we would need a young woman that looks professional but modern a bit like a designer :-)

That making explanation videos by ouselves takes days where synthesia can do it in minutes!

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has great user interface. With few click of the mouse you create an awesome video with proper lip sinking. Best in the industry so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far....I only wish the monthly credit for personal users can be doubled.

Ability to quickly create human like videos in minutes.

Able to create professional training videos in different languages. If changes are needed, it is very easy to make edits and different options for the same video
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, there aren't things I dislike, if something it could be improved - the ability to add more than one audio in the same video. For example 1 slide would have one audio track which it may be different from the audio I want to use on slide #8 or #10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating training tutorials for employees and external customers. This content is needed for making clear onboarding instructions. It is now a more streamlined process.
Cost effective with professional looks and sound
What do you like best about the product?
That we are able to produce cost effective videos with a professional look. The hability to use different avatars and languages is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some avatars make repetitive movements that don't look natural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would loke to emphasise that it is cost effective. Paying for a vooce over or a model isn't cheap. Using Synthesia to test before committing to something more expensive is great.
Upgrade your Training
What do you like best about the product?
The team is responsive and the tool is mostly easy to use. I've had to get out of PowerPoint because it was actually slowing me down, Synthesia is that elevated!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get used to developing videos, it won't be a get rich fast but it will certainly be a get rich quicker tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is allowing us to turn presentation trainings into recordings without requiring someone to take time to record themselves and edit every time a change is needed. We create a more standardized learning experience and escalate our training to be more professional.
