Customer service is state of the art and platform super intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
That even a non tech person (like me) are able to use it and when facing difficulties customer service is amazingly responsive

There are features that I miss and not very many photos

It allows me to create great videos and my customers think the avatars are real people. Doesn't get any better than that!

I like that it greatly supports me as an organizational consultant so that I can create content and videos for my courses and interventions. It looks natural and is a very friendly platform.

I would like that Avatar could move their body. Arms, for instance.

Quick and easy to produce, yet professional (high-quality) outputs - videos that are used for various presentations.

It is very simple to use and intuitive. You can create a good product in less than 2 hours.

Nothing. I would suggest to add some extra characters.

I like the way they provide several features which make a complete suite to start creating high-quality content to apply to many different platforms and formats, making it easier to make videos without spending time and money, which is the best way to provide a tangible ROI for the department budget.

I did like the way they converted a Powerpoint to a video because I lost all the animations and individual prompts we have in the slides; also, it should work with the keynote too, and import the speaker notes to the video's script feature it would be useful.

Automating the video production process to courses, case studies, and many other kinds of content for a multilingual company is taking us less time. Then we can focus our energy on improving other activities.

A straightforward, easy-to-use UI. Facial expressions and small gestures make it very real. An in-built background library makes the job easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has to be a mechanism to lower the background music sound. Background audio overpowers the voice of the synthetic model.

It's easy to use, versatile and super pro when giving a thoughtful message about business and various reports. It offers good design alternatives as well.

You can't deliver a video from the mobile app just yet.
