Empowers Creative Content with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love Synthesia because it gives me the confidence to create content for my business that I wouldn't otherwise. I'm able to create my own avatar, which gives my messages a personal touch without having to sit behind a camera. As someone self-conscious, this has opened up a whole new world for me. I like having the ability to create unique and personal backgrounds to suit any occasion or audience, and the avatar allows me to dress accordingly to the subject. I find the ease of use to be a standout feature, and the initial setup was super easy. I appreciate the feature where I can use ChatGPT or copilot to script and then copy it into the platform, although it's not without its flaws. I’m always an early adopter of technology and excited to be part of the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI to AI integration could be improved. I think Synthesia would be better if it had its own inbuilt script writer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia gives me confidence to create content without being on camera, making it easier to add personal touches with avatars and backgrounds. I can overcome my inability to talk on camera and effortlessly create unique, personal messages.
Efficient Video Creation with Realistic Avatars
What do you like best about the product?
I find the realistic avatars to be very beneficial in Synthesia. The video editing tools and features are impressive too, making it easy to create videos that look and sound great. I also appreciate the ability to regenerate sentences from the avatars to make them sound more realistic and flow better. These aspects result in a very professional video.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like some of the avatars work a little smoother than others. And once in one of my videos, an avatar didn't have her right hand, but then when I regenerated the video, it worked fine. So there are little glitches like that. Sometimes the voices for the avatars will change their accent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make videos easily and quickly without worrying about actors, lighting, location, audio, or expensive equipment.

This is especially valuable for training, onboarding, and internal communication, where consistency and speed are important. It helps simplify the production process while still delivering professional and engaging content. I value the AI and text-to-video workflow, along with the wise customization options and simple editing capabilities, which reduce the effort normally required for video production while allowing us to create clear and professional content. The flexibility in editing makes it easier to keep content updated as information changes. Additionally, the initial setup of Synthesia was fairly straightforward and easy to manage, making it simple to get started, especially for teams wanting to create videos without a complicated production process. The onboarding experience was smooth, and it didn't take long to start producing useful video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia powers a strong and efficient way to create video content, but there are still some areas where it could improve. One limitation is that the current creative flexibility can sometimes feel narrower than what is possible with more traditional video production or editing platforms. Users who need highly customized visuals, more advanced editing tools, controls, or greater brand-specific adjustments may find some parts of the platform somewhat restrictive. Additionally, while certain features are useful, there are situations where the delivery could feel more natural or expressive for certain types of messaging. Expanding customization options, improving the realism of presentation, and offering more control over design and editing would make the platform even more versatile and effective.

I use Synthesia to create my PhD research materials, and I find it fairly easy to use and dependable for avatar video creation. The user interface is mostly what makes it easy to use because it's very self-explanatory and easy to navigate. It's also reliable since it doesn't fail when creating avatar videos. The initial setup was smooth with just an account creation process, which I did through my Google account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happier if Synthesia had more avatar options that can express themselves with their body language as well. The platform already has several of them with different camera angles and gestures, but I would like Synthesia to have more.

What do you like best about the product?
The help section and the video tutorials are really well done, and they’ve genuinely answered the questions I’ve had.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the video review process can take longer than expected, particularly when it’s undergoing a “manual review.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has helped me shift from text-based employee onboarding to video-based onboarding. I’ve been using the same avatars to keep things consistent, which has made the experience feel more cohesive. On top of that, being able to create videos and then use them across other platforms has been a big help.
Create High-Quality Enterprise Videos Fast with Powerful Tools and PPT Upload
What do you like best about the product?
I can make high quality videos for enterprise clients very quickly. There are so many tools to use and being able to upload a PowerPoint presentation is incredibly helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that don’t quite work yet. There are a few avatars that you can change the clothing of, which is amazing, but then it automatically puts a background on it which limits the ways you can use the avatar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to create high-quality videos for our website and social media, that would cost us several hundreds per video, at a fraction of the price and almost zero hassle.
Efficient Video Creation with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the creation of videos with Synthesia. It helps me customize the videos to my liking without needing to go through a third party, such as a creator or videographer. It saves me time from searching for someone to do the work, which is super helpful as I start in this business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see in the editing portion when typing the words or messages in the video, to be able to see the how it looks like while I am typing. Right now it shows a white stripe in those areas and it is very confusing to try to type and see it. It was confusing in the beginning and I wasted time figuring out how to work around it. Also, it will be best to when the AI video frames of my avatar [or the subject] loop, it loops back smoother than just jumping back. In some customized avatars is very distracting and annoying to see this jump. Another issue I found is that I downloaded the Mobile App and I couldn't sign into my account! I would like to have access to it to work in some projects while I am on the run. Everything I got from it was wanting me to 'create a new account' but did not find where the 'sign in' button or pages was. Please fix this. Tricky but I got it.

Synthesia saves me time in marketing and hiring videographers, letting me customize videos easily without third-party help. I save time by not researching for creators, which suits me as I start in this business.
