Human-Like Avatars with Natural Emotions
What do you like best about the product?
The most usefull thing is the creating avatar that use the natural emothion and looks so human!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that we do not have option to talk in one language and at the same time have subtitles in another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strimlined our life cycle events and also achived the new level of communication.

I really love all the features. It’s very easy to use, and it helps reduce the time it takes to create video training material.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found any negative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create video training and onboarding materials in a very professional way, while also reducing the time it takes to produce them.
Quick and uncomplicated editing
What do you like best about the product?
The simple editing of slides, so that changes can be made afterwards with little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally am not a fan of realistic avatars in general. I work professionally with Synthesia, so I have no other choice, thus it is a personal issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many small details in the general handling of the software are continuously optimized, and release promises are kept. The support is also very helpful. For example, we had issues with already finished videos not being able to be ingested and transcribed, but the feature was developed in a timely manner.
Easy to Use and Simple to Edit Slides
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, and it’s also simple to repeat a slide or modify it when I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit pricey if you go on the monthly plan.

Creating presentations for our company has become much easier, and in most cases faster and more professional as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the number of voices Synthesia provides amazing, and I appreciate the accessibility to these voices. This flexibility is a good thing, especially when running cold call campaigns globally. I can use native speaker voices for different regions, like a US native voice for US campaigns and a Dubai native voice for Dubai campaigns. This nativeness of the voice significantly increases our chance of closing calls and enhances the acceptance rate, adding real value to our campaigns. I also liked how easy the onboarding was with Synthesia, especially compared to the challenges we faced with Eleven Labs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time delay is pretty decent, but if it was a little faster, it would improve the entire aspect of the cold calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Synthesia's personalized voice helps our call campaigns sound natural, unlike robotic voices from others. It increases closing rates and acceptance by matching native accents to regions.

I use Synthesia to create training videos for our company SOPs, and it solves the problem of taking tons of time to create training that can be done in seconds. I like how quick and simple it is to use. I love the choice of avatars and voices because they make the videos feel personal and unique. The initial setup was very easy. Overall, I can't find a fault with Synthesia.

I love how Synthesia is making video making accessible to all. Great for course creation, product onboarding videos, and everything high-quality. You can create avatars and play around with multiple templates, voice, and more.

While Synthesia is a great tool for quick video creation. There are certain limitations on the storytelling, video creation aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to depend on different resources. Instead, I can create product videos, social media clips, ademo videos, and more all neat and professional seamlessly via synthesia.
Intuitive and Avatar-Rich, but Background and PowerPoint Conversion Need Work

The system is very intuitive, so it’s easy to learn and start using quickly. Having many avatars to choose from is also very helpful for creating a variety of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all avatars can be used without a background. Also, the conversion of PowerPoint graphics could be improved for better results.

I can quickly modify and optimize video scripts, and it creates the content in the background while I’m working on other tasks. It’s been very helpful for multitasking and for creating multiple pieces of content at once.

It has significantly reduced production costs and time, enabling me to efficiently create STEM training content and engaging presentations. I love the quick and fun way Synthesia allows me to create content for my audience. The interactive features are excellent for engaging students at a comfortable pace, as they can take quizzes and digest content at their own speed, without pressure. As an artist, I also appreciate the possibility of customizing objects and backgrounds. The setup was simple and took me less than an hour to become proficient.

I would love to include the ability to expand the interactive objects in Synthesia.
