Synthesia helps to create personalised video messaging at scale. Its smart interface means this can be done very quickly. Benefits of this approach include the messaging having better impact than the written word, and also it can easily be translated into multiple languages, as well as quickly updated if there are any mistakes.

Limited accessibility in my company due to the licensing policy.

This is the Gen Z era. Nobody is reading 50-page PDFs anymore. Short, visual formats are extremely attractive and work better for sharing knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Synthesia to create trainings and training materials for our branch staff worldwide. It creates a new form of digital learning that is more interactive, appealing, and useful for our staff. I especially like the flexibility and functions within Synthesia. Being able to change and adjust everything in terms of content makes it an incredibly powerful tool. The AI Avatars are incredible and impressive, adding the final touch to make everything come together by making the content more exciting and interesting for the learners. The initial setup was extremely easy; once we got access, I could start testing, experimenting, and creating the first content right away. I would definitely recommend Synthesia to a friend or colleague and rate it a 10 out of 10.

Just minor things, like not being able to adjust the gestures of the avatars at the moment or that the reporting function is still a bit limited.

Sometimes the voices are a little stilted, a little robotic that could be made more human-like.

I like how it's quite easy to get used to Synthesia. It produces a very polished and engaging project.

I think some of the AI features to create personalized imagery and videos don't work as well as they should. Even when you instruct it clearly, it doesn't take that on board. Plus, the template designs could be more extensive.

I use Synthesia for relaying information in a more interactive, engaging, and clearer manner, so employees can easily understand and digest business processes and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
It creates such engaging, easy to watch training. It has really elevated our training experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The script can often be very frustrating. Having to constantly go over and over sections to ensure it sounds correct is very time consuming. Also features rolled out that don't properly work, such as slowing down the speech.

Moving away from Powerpoint training.
