Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
As far as I've been able to tell, there's only a few options for high quality digital avatars in the market - in my opinion, Synthesia has upped their output quality quite considerably this year.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn't ideal, usually prefer platforms offering a one-time free for a license rather than subscription services. Quite expensive for my current use cases - but can see the potential for how the cost could massively offset other previous video production costs for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm researching avatar cloning technology, and wanted to get a better feel for how the software works - and the user experience involved.
I'm also exploring how internal communicators could adopt this tool.

Excellent tool for creating movies with avatars
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to easily generate films for various purposes. I have been using it continuously since I created the account. Ease of use, multiple avatars and the quality of the final product are important differentiators.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still problems for the Portuguese language. Some accent changes in the same scene can make it difficult to create films in this language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use synthesia to support sales and facilitate customers in using our products. We also use it to promote our newsletters. It's a brand reinforcement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is solving the problem of creating high-quality, professional videos without the need for advanced video editing skills or expensive production resources. For someone like me, who isn’t an expert in video creation, Synthesia allows me to easily generate polished content in multiple languages with just a few clicks. It saves time, reduces costs, and simplifies the entire process by providing a wide range of avatars, voices, and templates. This benefits me by enabling me to focus on the message and creativity behind my projects, rather than getting bogged down in complex technical details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it how fast you can create good videos and how easy it is to change something aftwerwards. Even the Dutch language sounds really great.It works very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement of the mounth of the avatar could be slightly better but it is allready pretty good

I create digital lessons for kids and this way I don't have to film myself all the time, it's much faster when I use Synthesia

I sometimes struggle to have the avatar to pronounce words as an english speaker rather than american i.e. status

Misleading documentation that is deceptive. Features that are available only in the Enterprise plan are not marked in any way in the API description, and you can only access the API by paying for a subscription.
As a result, we lost $90 just to find out, quite randomly, that the feature important to us is not available in the API at all, and there’s no indication of this anywhere. They refused to issue a refund, even though we only generated 2 small videos in our course with our plan, and considering the response time, reaction speed, and how we had to beg for a call to discuss things under the Enterprise plan, this company is a bureaucratic nightmare. There are much better solutions on the market, no worse in quality, but with far superior service.

Increase Productivity AND Quality!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia makes creating realistic 'talking head' videos a breeze. The voices are mostly realistic. And, you can create AI versions of yourself!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, per se, but I wish the application were more advanced. I understand they are just getting started and have a lot on their roadmap. I'm looking forward to seeing what they add.

It is solving so many problems and providing many benefits. It saves me time and also increases the quality of my output because I have more time to make improvements. It's also much easier then trying to get time with SMEs to record for me.
Great system to create professional videos - Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use, you can create professional videos in a few minutes. The new possibility to create our own Avatar is brilliant. The support team is very efficient when we need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see the Avatar moving during the preview (perhaps adding a watermark instead ?)
