What do you like best about the product?
Im setting up a new L&D company, looking for a AI tool that can help me speed up content development to engage customers and stakeholders. Came to know Synthesia and start trying out 2 months back.
I must say I'm impressed with the recent video presentation by your CEO explaining about where synthesia os going. The presentation was very well structured and engaging. I came from a large MNC background where content and structure are upmost important to deliver an impactful message.
Back to the tool, I'm also impressed with the amount of knowledge base you have, again well structured and backend staff are also very helpful and prompt in answering my doubts.
Overall, I'm happy with synthesia product and support. Keep up!

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, one thing where there is still room for improvement is your personal Avatar creation. Recently had slight disappointment on the delay of over 1 week for my personal avatar creation. Which I believe your normal 7 hrs turn around is already below par compared to other competitors. Having said that, your technical do resolve this rather quickly when jumped in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of creating engaging content. Have improve productivity and shorten learning curve
Synthesia is a user-friendly presentation platform that enhances engagement by using avatars.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get started and deliver a presentation with avatars and or spoken content. Their video and image library ,as a result of using getty images, is impressive. The customer support is through a bot which seem to be able to answer most of my questions. Synthesia has lots of templates that can be used as inspiration. Additional features (like additional languages, screen recording ) are added making a subscription tempting provided they provide the development roadmap.

What do you dislike about the product?
Editing slides and presentations is clunky - no smart functions. It looks like that they have following powerpoint a bit.
The (Chrome) browser extension does not always work so sometimes features dont work unless you refresh.
Animation features, Video editing, Captions and dubbing are missing but it is an evolving platform so i wont be surprised it is on the roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used all their competitors and hands down Synthesia gets the job done. The avatar cloning and voice simulator is so great for presentation building and more. Highly recommend and worth the investment.

Honestly, nothing. It's great! Keep up the good work.

Video recording for an in depth presentation for a digital course in the health and fitness space.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most are the avatars, the fact that you can create expressive videos, without using your own image.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it I need different versions of actually the same video (same avatar, same duration, same speech), with slightly different backgrounds, I need to use new minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prepare great videos for students, without using my own image and with very good English diction.
Outstanding Software and Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. I can make a presentation or commercial in minutes. Add some professional touches and maybe an hour. Plus my Marketing expert ask me where I getting these commercials.

The only downside si the connectivity sometime but nothing to delay the project.

I can develop training, marketing and even commercial in much less time and it saves money on production.
The process is so fast and quick. Results look amazing and professional.

It's easy to make AI avatars. It also has good accuracy of copying your voice.

In business angle, it cuts down on time and costs compared to traditional video shoots.
