What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Synthesia is how easy it makes it to create polished, professional video content without requiring extensive production resources. It allows teams to quickly turn information into engaging, scalable training and communication materials while maintaining consistency in messaging. I also appreciate how accessible it makes video creation for non-technical users, enabling subject matter experts to share knowledge efficiently and effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?

We haven't come across anything yet and hope we don't either!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synthesia is helping us solve the challenge of delivering consistent, scalable training and communications across a distributed workforce. Rather than relying solely on live sessions, lengthy written materials, or expensive video production, we can quickly create professional, engaging content that employees can access on demand. This has helped improve the employee experience, increased accessibility to information, reduced the time required to develop training materials, and allowed us to communicate important updates in a more engaging and efficient format.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Synthesia to create training and informational videos without needing to record myself on camera. What I like most is how easy it is to generate professional-looking videos from text. The AI avatars and voice options help create content quickly, which saves a lot of time compared to traditional video production.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the avatars are impressive, some gestures and expressions can occasionally feel less natural than real human presentations. Certain advanced features are also available only in premium plans.

Synthesia helps create training and educational videos without requiring recording equipment, video editing skills, or on-camera presentations. This benefits me by reducing production time, lowering costs, and making it easier to create content whenever needed.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Synthesia to create videos for learning purposes. It helps to visualize information in an interactive and dynamic way, which is something I really appreciate. I find the translation functionality to different countries and languages valuable. The initial setup of Synthesia was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The translation is not per business language translation. It is a local dialect and needs correction quite often.

Avatars are designed to look real - lines , creases, frowns, hand movements, highlighter under the eyes - it really is a game changer

I wish we had more licences so we could all jump in

So far we've used her for a video explaining a product but we have bigger ambitions around case studies and training

It’s simple to use, but it ends up creating a complex communication problem.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI and the menu options on the left can be confusing at times. Also, the number of credits used to produce content feels abstract, which makes it hard to understand and calculate the ROI for the content I create.

What do you like best about the product?

I love using Synthesia for training courses because it provides the best templates, making it a speedy build. The best thing about Synthesia is its everyday enhancing features, which help me tackle different business challenges. From a design perspective, these features come in handy when I need to create a quick onboarding experience. Quick quizzes, the stop button, and interactive features within Synthesia make things easy, avoid the need for additional quizzes elsewhere, and keep the learner engaged throughout the video experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think mostly everything works in terms of its usage, but what could be improved is the avatar voices and their pronunciations, specifically. And the way sometimes they appear cloudy. Below the bust, it is odd.

Synthesia provides the best templates for building training courses quickly. Its everyday enhancing features help tackle different business challenges efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I can create presentation videos even when I’m away traveling.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s no free option that lets me create at least one avatar. That’s the main feature I want to try before I subscribe. I’d like to see at least a free trial that includes avatar creation for 30 days.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I mostly use it for presentation videos when I can’t attend meetings but still need to be present. It’s especially helpful for meetings in different time zones, where I need to present something that still looks human.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to use. The AI features make it so quick and easy to create content and the translations and dubbing are great. I also appreciate the support from the support team, they are quick and very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't dislike anything about it. The only thing I would change is the dubbing credits system, but I understand why it works like that.

We needed our content to be accessible by employees with different languages, which Synthesia has made super easy.

It makes creating videos very easy, even without editing skills. The avatars look professional, and turning text into videos saves a lot of time. It’s useful for training, presentations, and quick content creation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some avatars and voice styles can feel a bit robotic at times. Customization is also limited in a few areas, especially if you want more creative control over the videos.

It helps create videos without needing a camera, studio, or full editing setup. This saves time and reduces production costs. It’s especially helpful for making training videos and simple explainer content quickly.

It creates videos fast and close to what I would like the finished product would look like

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the UX need to be more refined, for example mapping where an object appears in the shot and leaves the shot, or mapping the timeline with the script. It can be frustrating to make an avatar say a word a certain way, but can never get it right.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It creates videos automatically without the speaker record themselves for the whole thing. And it translates in minutes.
