Intuitive platform that requires intuitive thinking

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Bloomreach allows you to really refine your audience and understand them better to create personalised journeys. The customer support that Bloomreach offers is also really helpful - they are quick to answer and often help solve a lot of queries I have. I use BR everyday and Im still learning new things on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really complicated. You really have to know the platform to be able to use it to its full capability. It takes a lot of learning and there are some things on it that just take a really long time to do. The design aspect of it is a little bit clunky and requires knowledge of coding often times. Its not the most user friendly but when you start using the platform and learning more about it, you realise how much you can actually do on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps with our CRM emails and seeing what types of content works better with our audience through A/B testing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most are the extensive reporting dashboards, which I found lacking in other tools – they provide full visibility into performance and allow for quick, data-driven decisions. The documentation is very well written and enables independent implementation of many features without needing support from a technical team. The interface is also very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes everyday use much easier. An additional advantage is the ability to quickly contact the support team, as well as the advanced personalization and content management features
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don’t have any major complaints – the platform meets my expectations in terms of both functionality and usability. Only in the case of very advanced configurations does it require a bit more time to explore the system’s full capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helped us finally bring everything into one place – content, product data, and customer insights. Before, we had to jump between different tools to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and personalize the experience. Now it’s all connected, and it saves us a lot of time. We can quickly launch personalized content and track how it performs in real time. It just makes our daily work smoother and helps us react faster to what our customers actually need.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach Engage is powerful when it comes to building personalized, data-driven customer journeys. The segmentation capabilities are highly granular, allowing for detailed targeting based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history. I also like the flexibility of the campaign builder, which makes it easy to orchestrate multichannel messaging across email, SMS, and web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be unintuitive, especially when navigating complex workflows or trying to manage multiple projects at once. Some features, like reporting or experimentation, could be more user-friendly and visually clear. Additionally, implementing custom use cases often requires developer involvement, which can slow down speed to execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach Engage helps us unify customer data across channels and use it to deliver personalized, real-time experiences. This has improved the relevance of our campaigns, increased engagement, and made it easier to activate segments quickly based on customer behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
The single customer view combining online and offline data sets allows you to first, understand and refine your audiences and second, execute precisely targeted omni-channel campaigns. I likethe real-time element of all the inputs and outputs of the platform and the fact that Bloomreach is always looking to innovate and add new channels or functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wherever you need to use Jinja or other advanced features, the learning curve might feel very steep. Although it's nice to have out of the box reports and dashboards, they always feel a bit too basic and difficult to work with when you need to add complex KPIs or formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver highly personalised content in real-time through an omnichannel campaign management experience. Data integration gives the team a unified view of the customer and its user-friendly interface helps deliver campaigns much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy with the omnichannel orchestration suite as it allows the communication team to come up with and support very complicated flows.
The customer support is also very techy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's not something I've seen in most CDPs but I would love to be able to edit past events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become our one stop shop for managing marketing automation, marketing consent and customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
One-stop-shop for all things targeting and personalisation. Being able to easily segment customers and use their behaviours to better their journeys and overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because so many users and customers in the platform, things can get messy so its important to use best practices in data and event management.

Ability to access the customer holistally at all touchpoints including email, app, onsite.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a very powerful platform that allows us to efficiently set up data-driven and personalized marketing for our customers. We are impressed with how easily we can set up, monitor, and optimize omnichannel campaigns. The CDP features for data analysis and segmentation are powerful and fast. Bloomreach is user-friendly and easily accessible. The support is efficient, and there is extensive learning material in the Bloomreach Academy to accelerate employee onboarding. Nevertheless, one should take enough time to familiarize themselves with all the features to be able to fully utilize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Housekeeping: one must plan well and be disciplined to create a good folder structure in the user interface - and everyone must adhere to it - otherwise the environment quickly becomes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation and customer reactivation strategies. Personalization and automation of cross-channel campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a great product that is user friendly, allows us as lean team to work at a greater scale and personalise our customer experience.

As a past user of other platforms, Bloomreach is one of the simplest platforms to use I've experienced, especially when you take into account the capabilities it has a product. It makes it relatively simple to upskill/train team members and no programming skills are required.

Campaign and automation set-up is simple and intuitive, integration with customer data allows us to personalise and discover more about our customers, use case library is a great resource, allows us to take an omnichannel approach and to test at scale and AI capabilities are strong (and improving all the time).

My experience with the support team has always been positive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a massive amount to dislike. Our biggest challenges are probably around how we get the most out of the platform and the opportunities available.

One potential drawback for us is that it is (naturally) more geared towards ecommerce, so some of the out of the box solutions and reporting metrics need to be tweaked or aren't relevant to our industry, but that will be no different to other platforms on the market and Bloomreach do work with us to overcome some of the those challenges where possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping us to learn more about our customers and to provide a more personalised customer experience.
