What do you like best about the product?
My team is able to provide real time answers to almost all business analytics requests on demand...and the dashboard capabilities are quite nice. Analyzing user conversions thru the entire funnel is very valuable and the ability to do this analysis for various user cohorts and traffic sources is all possible. Exponea provides great value
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints from my level of interaction with the product

We mainly use the product for improving user conversion metrics throughout the entire on-boarding and premium conversion funnel

Big step for building relationship with customers

What do you like best about the product?
For building relationship with customers it is important to know what customers do related to your business and respond to it appropriately. Thanks to Exponea we are able to create and change easily the series of campaigns that respond to customer behavior. We use smart recommendations, triggers and we are able to evaluate every step of our client lifecycle management and quickly decide what to change. It is easy to work with Exponea tool, employees without "technical skills" easily manage it. Exponea support is really amazing. They react during minutes not hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is not so good as robust tools offer. But it is ok, Exponea is still working on it and now it is really better than in past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
building relationship with customers - the series of campaigns
collecting data about customer behavior
personalized offerings
evaluating and analyzing of campaign results

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build and share Dashboards for external partners and quick prototyping of reporting views.
Easiness of use even for data and analysis newbies.
Level of customer support.
The reputation of Exponea as employer.

Security and trackability are generally very well thought out.
Real-time big data management is well done.
There has been little to none down-time so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the rate of innovations in the product is too quick to catch up with. Also the documentation catches up vagrantly.
Data imports are rudimentary at current level but word is campaign management is going to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using the reporting features as single source of truth within the company. Dashboards in use show the state of the company from various points of view on monthly or weekly basis, or even allow an operational view drilling down to hours and minutes, particularly useful when analysing new distributions.

Reports allow slicing and dicing of event based data. Analysts have a variety of tools including a Flow chart effectively allowing to cross-check with other data sources within the company such as Google Analytics.

Campaigns allow rapid marketing e-mail or weblayer campaigns design, testing and evaluation. This is particularly useful for e-commerce.

We have also repurposed the push features to allow secure, trackable and targeted in-app communication with end-users of our product, a browser-extension best-in-breed password manager.

What do you like best about the product?
If you need several tools to answer analytical and marketing data related questions, go for Exponea!
You will be able to answer complex high-level questions with easy understandable reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can think of, if we need to adapt anything, their support is very fast, and answers all our questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance marketing, B2C, consumer software distribution.
We can easily compare distributions, how they convert, which one gets us the most active and paying customers, how is every step of the funnel converting.
You can use it as a CRM for your users, push notifications, use scenarios for perfect realtime marketing automation, segment users perfectly, A/B test website changes, promotions, landing pages and emails..

What do you like best about the product?
All the tools in one platform; incredibly in depth analytics, powerful campaign builder, great segmentation options. Very versatile, customizable and expandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so many options and variables to play with when creating charts, campaigns or scenarios can make the interface get a little bit cumbersome when working in a small laptop screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm providing my clients a really robust marketing cloud that can target customers in different channels based on actions and behaviors, accelerating lead conversion, nurturing prospects, increasing sales and lowering the cost per lead. And the beauty of it is that everything can measured in real time and improved accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although Exponea's entry level price might be high for a small businesses, after reviewing 17 different marketing cloud and marketing automation solutions it was the only tool that could provide us with everything we were looking for. If you're willing to invest in a high-grade solution with excellent support, Exponea is definitely the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
For us, as an IT company developing and running mobile communication service app Klap Messenger, Exponea serves as an integral part of the product development. It is an extremely useful tool to better understand customer behavior and find the right solutions to any problems. Exponea has helped us find answers which we otherwise would have had tested by a much less efficient trail-error method.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is absolutely best for real time analytics, has simple integration, cool user interface and super awesome customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is little bit buggy. All bugs are related to UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our marketing analysis and direct execution of marketing campaigns without our IT interaction. We can easily modify DOM on website, create powerful mailing, create extremely powerful scenarios and track what your customers want.

If you want to know everything about your customers, and if you want to simply create super powerful marketing strategies without bothering your IT, Exponea is right for you.
