Fast and accurate data service

What do you like best about the product?
Clear dashboards with easy and fast maintanance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modern user interface and data interpretation is not intuitive for everyone and support of the Exponea's team is needed. Sometimes I miss better description of axes in the charts output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea helps our team to analyze our product in a tremendous competition in game industry. An advantage comparing to other analytical tools like Google Analytics is the fast and accurate data service which provides fast business feedback and accelerates business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea basically brings the arrows to your boxes. Load your customer data into Exponea, connect data with the behaviour of your customers and personalise the website experience for each customer. Thanks to existing out-of-the box integrations you are able to create and run multichannel campaigns through SMS, email, AdWords or Facebook. Targetting for all channels and website personalisation is made from one place in the scenario editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be discouraging at first thought, however if configured and deployed correctly, you will definitely get a hugely positive ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea helps us to realize cross and omnichannel campaigns easily.

What do you like best about the product?
At Slido, we want to enhance the engagement of your audience at conferences. Event and marketing managers are our main customers. Exponea helps us to predict our customers’ behavior and data-based decisions. Historical event data is important to us - by leveraging it we build predictive analyses of what decisions our customers are most likely to make. Our decision tree optimally segments users by their probability to achieve a given goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a mobile app to easily access our dashboards on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each flow on the Slido website starts and ends with a specific event. I really appreciate presented visualisations of the customer journey between selected events with the ability to drill-down and further filter events from the columns. Regarding the flows, we are interested mainly in what customers do after visiting a website, what are the events and actions preceding the end of a visit.
Regarding specific campaigns we track what action customers make after a clicking to an URL and which events result to a conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea lets you to experiment with your website really quickly which enables marketer to interact with customers really quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most unlikable feature of Exponea it is not standard YET. You have to learn something which you are not familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Exponea for optimizing user journeys and lead generation on our web through various campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth for big online companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Combines really advanced analytics tools , A/B testing, marketing design and even machine learning features! Exponea simplified a lot of tasks associated with the whole marketing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Images on help and tutorials are small screenshots that won't resize, you gotta zoom in the window browser in order to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign segmentation and shopping cart recovery. Also BI capabilities to make analysis of sales, revenue, channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea finds new ways and strategies how to optimize and improve performance of marketing campaign in various channels. It is value driven and helped us to drive increase in both conversions and value per visitor. I like the way Exponea enables me to perform better, not just by collecting data (being data based) but also by enabling me to reach my goals with more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exponea has wide focus and I am still not able to use its full potential.

- evaluating of our marketing activities on social networks and email marketing
- integration with Facebook - connection between email database and its updating in custom audiences
- personalization via data gathered within Exponea

What do you like best about the product?
I like simple and intuitive UI of Exponea. It is very easy to use, create campaigns and target segments even for non-experienced users. The impact/success of the campaign can be evaluated easily with provided stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response of the application is sometimes too slow (especially when importing bunch of photos).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We appreciate simple yet powerful creation of target audience based on specific rules that helps us send better pointed campaigns.
