What do you like best about the product?
Simple, convenient and fast processing of tailor made analysis you need.
You do not need to use XY various analytics tools and experts anymore. All you need is one analyst who works with Exponea on daily basis and knows how to collect accurate data from the database - no more getting data and drawing the schemes for analyst.
Now analyst chooses the data he wants and monitor only the most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation. You need a consultant to help you with specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Exponea, we can easily tune our games. We focus mainly on retention, user funnels, retention per paying user.
Exponea is the first thing I launch every morning.

Most intuitive interface for AB testing

What do you like best about the product?
I can test various ideas for website presonalisation in very easy way with automatics AB test providing really short TTM process.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I consider a downside is that this tool is not present in most of the companies, thus it is not stadard and one have to explain how this software works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can peronalise our web page in the matter of minutes so we test our ideas to optimize customer interactions.

The marketing tool with a friendly interface and strong power

What do you like best about the product?
1. It is really fast - built as a single unified solution from scratch, the modules work great together >> I appreciate confident integration between data collection, analytics, and execution
2. After integration, we need our IT guys just from time to time - we are completely independent as it provides accurate data for our analytics and promotional campaign needs.
3. Funnels - this feature simplifies targeting and at the same time can be used across platforms. All funnels are retrospective and are always calculated instantly from our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say. We are satisfied from analytical point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits from my point of view as a data person:
1. Tracking all customer interactions across devices and channels, turning them into measurable and meaningful data insights
2. Data imports from our other systems to Exponea gives you the whole picture about your website visitors
3. Predefined webhook integrations to interact with Slack, Messenger or any other custom webhook for our own backend
4. The wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) email template editor works great and saves us a lot of time. Also our managers can handle to create a simple newsletter, hence they don’t have graphic recources
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest this for bigger businesses. It may be pricey for small and mid sized companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Very effective and easy to use way how to collect, analyse and understand our clients activity and behaviour. Comes with a possibility to scale output complexity from very vast and deep (for project leads) to high-level overview (executive team).
As co-founder and lead producer in F2P mobile gaming company, I believe that understanding our customer behaviour is a key for company and project success.
Exponea tool set and expertise help us to collect, analyse and understand what our customers do in our game, what they love, and how we can improve their gaming experience (and therefore increase the project performance).
Last but not least Exponea team approach and support is far above industry standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing the mobile version of our data dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Collect user generated data - stop being blind and do design decision which are backed by live data
2. Create customised dashboards and analyses - from deep data analyses to high-level executive summary
3. Compare history of live builds KPIs and trends
4. Use powerful scenario tool to build and run own offer campaigns and sales
5. Optimise and improve project KPIs, revenues and performance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Amazing tool which allows you to track, store and analyse customer behaviour
2. Easy to use for own customised dashboards and reports
3. Set of other tools (such as scenarios) which make your live much easier
4. Quick and responsive customer support which goes far above industry standards

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is very user friendly tool in which we can build campaign without knowing a very advanced programming languages. It gives us also a lot of opprotunities for targeting relevant customer and we love the way we can create automated campaign in its environment

I also love the way they support their clients. every time I experience some problem they are there on the live chat always willing to help
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel a bit lost in the environment as it often changes but I understand the need to make constant changes to make the user experience even better

We created automated email campaigns, we track the user customer journey, we perform a lot of AB tests and try to use every feature Exponea gives us

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea creates the momentum to be closer with customers with specific content. I can adjust my activities to specific types of customers whithout hightech knowledge about code. It also helps me with organize marketing campaigns with one marketing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss polish language and prepare scenarios with weblayers as a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows me to work on customer lifetime value which makes my work more efficient.

Very good and patient support staff, always on time with implementations and communication.

Amazing data analytics tool for F2P games.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customisation. We went through many analytics tools and as they look good on first sight and offer pre-made dashboard, we run into problems, whenever we needed something custom made for our own needs and own tracking. With Exponea, we finally found tool, that doesn’t limit us and we can track basically whatever we want, however we want and react to those data as we need. We didn’t find any limitation in our needs so far and that is unique!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be faster learning curve. It takes some time to get into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaming company and creating free to play games, where analysing user data and behaviour is essential to succeed. Exponea helped us to find problems and to make solutions for them. From time we have Expona we significantly grew all our KPIs. We like Expona mostly because it is framework, that can tailor our need in analytics, dashboard and campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We had already plan to start implementing own solution as we were very disappointed with tools available. Exponea changed our plans. I recommend for everyone who needs quality tracking of user behaviour and custom needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Support - very helpful team of specialists. Good ability to connect with 3rd party apps. Easy to use panel with no IT knowledge needed to run things. The best part is that Exponea Is very responsive, and can calculate a lot of data it seconds. It helps in daily use and discover business opportunities while planning marketing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It need time to learn how to use all the great features, but it's worth it. Exponea support team helps in minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate and build effectiveness of marketing based on Customer Lifetime Value. It helps to improve media effects, ROI by personalize communication in right moment to right person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like customer service, real time data and flexibility of platform the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently had issues with server, but fortunately they have all data backup and swift response in customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using exponea for analysing/tracking game KPI's. Exponea give us swift feedback if some change in the game improves game experience or not. This is must gave tool to compete in game global market.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is marketing tool I really like. There are a lot of options how to work with data. Scenarios are easy to create and results are easy to track. Moreover The support from Exponea is great and I appreciate it a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Exponea is a little bit complicated so you need at least one month for understanding.

Marketing strategies and process on our page. It means how a customer behaves.
